They did a beautiful job on my pool restoration! Unfortunately the contractor they used for my pavers did a very poor job . The pavers from the beginning had issues with stains and chips that were replaced but after a simple pressure washing by The pool company more chips occurred, the sanding was incomplete and the pavers are uneven. For 6 weeks I have called, text, emailed the pool company to stand behind the paving company to make this right. NO ONE returns my calls or emails. We paid over 14K for this project cash and they are not helping us with the paver issue. After 25 years in business I would think you would want to keep your good reputation.

I totally disliked everything. It was the worst $4,000.00 I've spent in my life. I signed the agreement with them in April. They were supposed to start the work on May fifth. Nobody called. Nobody informed me of a re-scheduling. On May fifth, they never showed up. So I called the sales rep on the seventh and I asked the man what happened. He told me that he had no idea, and that he would make some calls around the office and call me back by the end of the work day. Nobody called. Friday, I called the sales rep again. He was again surprised that nobody had called, so he said he would call back within an hour. After an hour his call was returned to me. He left a message stating that somebody was going to be there Monday. When they didn't show up Monday again, I didn't think twice about it. I received a call from their office, saying "I'm sorry to bug you Mr. Smith, I know that Monday is Labor Day, but we were hoping we could come out Monday to do the work around the pool." I told her that I was not Mr. Smith. She said "Well, your phone number is on the contract." I told her that I didn't know why my phone number was on that contract, but I'm not Mr. Smith and that I had been under the impression that they were going to come out yesterday.  She put me on hold to call the plumber, and then came back and said that they would be out tomorrow (which I think was Wednesday). So I waited until about 9 o'clock in the morning, and nobody showed up. I know contractors usually start early in the morning, but nobody showed up. So I went to the hospital to see my wife. During lunch time, I figured they might have been running late, so I came home and nobody was here. I called them to see what was going on. They called the office, and the girl seemed to be on her lunch break or something, so they had me call them on their cell. I called them. I explained that my wife was in the hospital and that it was a life or death situation, and that I didn't have time to keep running back and forth, and I needed to know when they were going to show up. His answer to that was "You know, if you keep calling me, I might never show up.  I have five or six jobs ahead of you, and I might just never show up. Oh, and by the way, I'm sorry about your wife." and he hung up on me. So I went back up to the hospital, because I was in a rush to go back, and was determined to cancel the contract. The fact was, that I did give them a 50% deposit.  By the time that I came home from the hospital, someone had already been here and drained the pool. At that point, I knew that they weren't going to give me a refund because they had started the work. The job was supposed to be four to five days, according to the contract. They were supposed to fill the cracks in the concrete, spray the concrete with an acrylic coat and knock down stuff that goes above the concrete and apply two coats of paint on it. The job took them about two weeks to do. They made a mess in here. They never filled in the cracks, they just put in the knocked down stuff, and in many cases, they just painted over the dirt. The concrete started cracking within a month. When they did the pool, there was supposed to be a new warranty on the job. It was contingent on them maintaining the pool for one month after they finished re-surfacing the pool. They never came to maintain the pool. Within a week, the pool was completely brown. I had to hire another company to come and clean it out. I don't know if I have a warranty on it or not. The lights, under the water at the end of the pool, they attached with one screw and left it halfway out. I have the pop-up jets that come up from the bottom of the pool, and most of those jets were about halfway unscrewed. They just never came back and did anything after that. They left the mess. Where they were grinding the swimming pool, there was dust all over the jacuzzi and all over the lanai. They did have a blower with them, like a leaf blower to blow out the dust, but they just left with it without doing anything. They resurfaced the pool, and they did paint it, but they did not repair the cracks in the deck, which was in the contract that they were supposed to do.  They did not apply the base coat of acrylic paint that they were supposed to.
