We were doing the prep work, we had to take down part of the wall. They had everything ready so when we were ready them came in and installed it in a matter of hours, they put on the 15 min sealer ahead of time so they were ready to roll once we were done.
"Customer was notified of how the sink would be fixed prior to our fixing it, not enough room on the back to drill holes properly."
I recommended Classic Stone to my sister, Jeanie Lawson. I count it as one of the worst mistakes I have ever made.
I am attaching a few photos I sent them when I thought the management was not aware of their finished product. On 6/18/14 Joe Plazza responded in attached e-mail and quot;I see it, will send installer to fix them, I will let you know when.
Classic Stone is close to where I work so I know Jimmy Mormino as does my sister now. Since he also lives in Lutz we requested he stop by her home. She has not even received a telephone call.
Attached also is a letter Jeanie wrote when she was not receiving any response.
Would appreciate any help you can give even if it is just getting someone from their company to contact her and try to repair the mess they have made.
I would like to attach the photos., e-mail correspondence and letter from my sister to Jimmy. Is that possible?

"this job was completed and paid for . Some issue came out as to the natural flows of the stone , not to the quality of install The customer refused for us to go back and touch up these natural flows If the job was so bad we will not have been paid in full.We even have the customer signed approval at completion of work with full balance payment . Steve"
Joe Plazza was super nice, very knowledgeable and was spot-on with the production times. He said 2-3 weeks and they delivered within the 3rd week. I had a quote from another store - for a scrap piece they quoted me $200 MORE than what Classic Stone Gallery quoted me for a 1st choice cut. I do not know if what I paid was a good deal or not, I just know that I liked the piece and the price they quoted me was pretty much what I expected/wanted to pay for the countertop.
The installation went smooth and the vanity looks amazing!
We had a good service with them. The price was reasonable. That was a great presentable effective and nothing than better appreciation.
I would hire them again. I tell all my friends that this is a company you should use when doing any granite work. The people that work there are great.
