Jim came to the house to look at the job, offered good suggestions and gave us an estimate. Several months passed before we were ready for the Thin Brick but Jim remembered the whole project. First he applied a water barrier to the wall and let it dry. Then Jim and Steve marked the wall for the running bond pattern. Steve applied the brick and mortar. The whole job was completed in one day and it looks great. Good workmanship and a big improvement to the office.

Jim did an outstanding job from start to finish for placing veneer stone over our fireplace from floor to vaulted ceiling along with about an 8 foot flat area that went out to one side. He provided an accurate estimate and even made recommendations that we incorporated that made the finished job look even better. Unbelievably, after we had agreed on a price, he advised us that he had made a math error and recalculated the square footage and the price went down by $100 so that tells you the character of the individual. They were very concerned with protecting the floor and other areas around the fireplace and cleaned up after their work on both days. The two employees that helped finish the job were very polite and a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail was impressive as they weren't just sticking up stones to just finish the job but painstakingly tried a variety of sizes and colors to ensure the finished product looked perfect and had the right mixture of size and color. We couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend Jim and his crew for all of your stone work. As impressive a contractor as I've ever worked with.

Jim always answered my phone calls, or called me back within the hour. He was accomodating with times to come see my house and was polite, knowledgeable, and made me feel very confident about hiring him/his company. He quickly emailed me the estimate I requested, and the price was very reasonable - this was for installation of ProStone cultured stone and hearthstones on a two-story indoor fireplace. I had to delay the start date of my project, and he kept in touch with me via email until I was ready. On my start date, he showed up right when he said he would, and completed the project faster than I expected. My fireplace looks amazing. We have two mantel shelves mounted on the wall, and a TV mount that he had to work around, and he took the time to listen to what we wanted, and make the necessary cuts/fit the stone as smoothly as I could have expected. I was also happy with the level of care Jim and his other employee showed in caring for our home, making sure to protect our hardwood floor, and cleaning up after they were through. I would hire Jim again, and I would recommend him for stone work.

Prompt, efficient, reasonable price. Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it at a price that wasn't excessive. How refreshing!

Overall it went great! Nagle Stone was very professional and courteous. They were very knowledgable of the product and offered many options for me to choose from. I was impressed with the quality and the price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs stone installed on or in their home.
