He asked if he could call me back within the hour and trues to his word he did. My wife and I are selling our house (under contract) and the only item from the appraisal that needed addressing was to replace the back service door and frame in our garage. We knew we need to get this done ASAP to avoid possible delays in the closing date. Initially Tim explained on his return call that he probably could not fit us into his schedule for a couple of months, so back to Angie's list we went looking for someone else. But, within half an hour of his call Tim phoned me back to say that he had managed to juggle a few things and could fix our door in a couple of days. Tim & Ryan arrived on Friday morning and took care of the job at hand; they were punctual, professional, courteous and extremely thorough in their work and also left the area of my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived to do the work. The finished product looks outstanding. I cannot express our gratitude strongly enough to Tim, Ryan and Maintenance Rescue LLC for digging us out of what could have developed into a very long wait in a very big hole! These guys are awesome and I have already consulted them for doing some work in our new house."
