The owner did the job and was wonderful at coaching us on the pros and cons on our choices. He was pleasant, on time and very tidy. The finished look is exactly what we wanted and the price was very reasonable. He started a few days after our initial meeting and was done in 2 days. This guy deserves 10 stars for his rating. I highly recommend Sinu.

Sorin personally handled the estimate and work. His estimate in time and money was right on. He was so easy to work with and made some excellent suggestions that enhanced our bathroom project. I would have him do all our projects if he could. Sorin is an artist and perfectionist and you can tell he cares about the quality of his work. At the end of each day he swept, cleaned and left an organized space for the next days work. He not only swept the work area but any space he walked through. I can wholeheartedly recommend Simu Design Corp to anyone lucky enough to hire them.

Sorin from Simu Design did a great job replacing a good amount of badly installed ceramic tiles from my floor. It s not an easy thing to pick up tiles without damaging the surrounding tiles. He did it and with barely any dust flying everywhere. He protected my furniture and cleaned up after himself. The result was what I hoped for at a reasonable price. I m pleased.

Sorin carefully removed many tiles without damaging any of them! He then cemented under them, replaced them and then grouted in between the tiles. I found Simu Design Corp. through Home Advisor and am very pleased with their work. Sorin came out to repair my mothers tile floor. A tile had broken and many other tiles were loose. Our kitchen floor had buckling, tented tiles, and we needed them repaired or replaced. Sorin came for an estimate, was very professional and reassured us that they could be repaired. Luckily we had a few boxes of the original tile, the rest he would have to remove, clean and replace. Not an easy task, but true to his word, the tile looks as good as new and he completed the job in less than 2 days. The price was very reasonable, and he even replaced our front stoop with new tile as well. From his pleasant attitude, to the quality of the work, he helped make a stressful repair tolerable. Highly recommended and would hire again for any of our flooring needs. Thanks Sorin!

We only hired Sorin to come and do the job because he is the owner, or one of the owner's of the business. Sorin if very nice and is detail oriented and had no problem leaving him in the home when we were not hear. Beware of anyone telling you they have a great tile installer if the person they say is great just drops off subs and takes off. The company we hired before Sorin just did a sub job and hired someone who just dropped off two laborers and took off telling us over and over again how busy he was. Bottom line, we fired them and I had to rip down the shower, second time, because of the mess they made. South Florida if full of lazy trades that were crying just a few years ago when the housing market went bust. Beware of who you hire. Simu did a good job for us and we can only speak for the work Sorin did, not anyone else.
