"They were prompt and very professional. They did a great job and have not had any problems with the Skylight the installed about 2 years ago."

"Excellent, by far the best roofing company I have ever dealt with. Prior to them I had reached out to 6 different companies, two came by but never quoted and four that never even returned my call. With Florida Standard Every time line they gave was met to the T. I Definitely recommend them, You will be extremely satisfied."

"I'm a realtor and I called about a month ago to get a quote for someone that was interested in putting in skylights on a home I was selling. The guy was very helpful on the phone and gave us, very quickly a rough estimate of what it would cost. I was very happy."

"Dagostino showed up on time for the roof leak inspection. They were the only one of the 3 providers that actually climbed inside the attic to see the leak up close and determine the best repair option. They explained in detail what was the problem and the approach to fix it, and the quote reflected exactly that. Repair done on date scheduled without any problems. Staff very nice and professional."

"We were very pleased with David's work. It was done well."

"Kenny and his partner were onsite within a couple hours of me calling. Very responsive. Kenny diagnosed the problem and fixed within a couple of hours. Kenny was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good info on the overall condition of the roof . Excellent service. The price was high but I didn't feel like I had a ton of options due to pending rain and it wasn't worth haggling over price or delaying service. Update - a couple of months after the initial service, I noted several water stains on the ceiling. Kenny came out on the weekend and fixed free of charge. Kenny wants his customers to be happy and takes great pride in his work."

"The roof looked really good. We started getting some heavy rains and the roof began leaking. He has been back about 4 times. I have now been trying to call. I was trying to be patient, but no one bothered to call back. The last time I called they informed me that I was on the list, but they would not be calling me to acknowledge that they had received my request. Basically, my complaint was not as important as the others. I said that was enough. I am not satisfied with their actions. Mr. Palmer and his crew did a fine job initially and were very nice. Now after the job is done and I am seeing leaks, they are not being responsive. I cannot paint inside my kitchen with the leaks. I would not recommend them to anybody. Mr. Palmer himself was professional, but the service I was getting from the people that answered the phones was unacceptable."
