Kenny was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good info on the overall condition of the roof . Excellent service. The price was high but I didn't feel like I had a ton of options due to pending rain and it wasn't worth haggling over price or delaying service. Update - a couple of months after the initial service, I noted several water stains on the ceiling. Kenny came out on the weekend and fixed free of charge. Kenny wants his customers to be happy and takes great pride in his work."

"The roof looked really good. We started getting some heavy rains and the roof began leaking. He has been back about 4 times. I have now been trying to call. I was trying to be patient, but no one bothered to call back. The last time I called they informed me that I was on the list, but they would not be calling me to acknowledge that they had received my request. Basically, my complaint was not as important as the others. I said that was enough. I am not satisfied with their actions. Mr. Palmer and his crew did a fine job initially and were very nice. Now after the job is done and I am seeing leaks, they are not being responsive. I cannot paint inside my kitchen with the leaks. I would not recommend them to anybody. Mr. Palmer himself was professional, but the service I was getting from the people that answered the phones was unacceptable."
