"My sister had a roof repair by RN Palmer Roofing and was very pleased. When I was getting quotes to replace my roof my sister suggested I get a quote from RN Palmer as well. I am sure this is not always the case but the quotes I had were all over $20,000 and Robert's was $13,500. But the best thing he did was suggest that the roof damage was due to a wind storm that had recently passed thru and that I should contact my insurance company and have them look at the roof. The insurance company agreed and paid for a new roof (less deductible of course). None of the other roofing companies suggested this and once you saw the roof it was obviously damage from the storm. In short Robert did a great job but more importantly he looked out for me first. People like this are hard to find today especially in Miami. I highly recommend him in fact he has now replaced two other roofs in my neighborhood and they are extremely satisfied as well."
