My roof was installed in 2015. They also installed storm skylights. It has been only 9 years since the installation and in the last 2 months I have had FOUR separate leaks totaling upwards of $2,000 in repairs, including both skylights and two on the regular roof. This shouldn’t be happening only 9 years in according to every roofer I’ve talked to. I emailed them and got no response of course but I wouldn’t trust them with repairs anyway. God forbid we get a hurricane, I’m very worried about how my roof will fare.

Terrible experience! I chose this company based on a gushing review on Angie's List. Sara was very attentive when trying to win my business and collect money. The first problem arose when the workers cracked our walkway, and they didn't call to let me know what had happened. The second problem was a leak that arose before I gave them my last payment. I should have called an expert to look over their work at that point, but I didn't realize how impossible it would be to get them to respond after they received payment in full. Multiple leaks arose. I had three roofing experts (two roofing contractors and one roofing engineer) come to diagnose the problem. They all quickly and definitively recognized that the problem was with the flashing that was installed incorrectly. When this company finally sent someone, we were told that there was no problem with the roof and we should check our air conditioner for a leak or call our insurance company to check on possible damage from a hurricane. We had to hire another company to fix the problem, because "A Licensed Roofing Company" would nor stand behind their work. Sara and Randy have no ethics. My advice is to steer clear of this company!!!

"Hello. We are beyond taken back by this review. The recollection you seem to have of our business dealings is far from factual, and is downright false. Confirming first that we commenced your new tile roof back in 2014, not in 2019, as you selected above. Addressing your first item straight out of the gate, it is my job to secure your business, be attentive to your needs, and yes, collect payments when they are due. I am sorry that you do not remember the dozens of dealings we had in between. We did, in fact, crack your walkway during the roof demolition. At your request, we hired a concrete company, which resulted in a beautiful new poured section of stamped and painted concrete. Keeping things moving, your beautiful new roof was completed and we went our separate ways. Regarding the leak issues you reported in early 2018; We spent a total of 8 man hours at your residence along with our engineer, at no charge to you, completing comprehensive water tests, attic and rooftop inspections. We could not get your roof to leak, nor could we locate any roofing defects to repair. Upon our inspection completion, your roof was certifiably leak free. We did understand, however, that you had suffered water intrusion to your interior walls, so we absolutely recommended that you contact a waterproofing company to address the evident stucco wall cracks, an A/C company to address the sweating your ducts were experiencing, and as well, your insurance company to complete a leak detection test, since Hurricane Irma had recently passed through S. Florida. Here we are, years later, and your review comes across my desk. Our children go to school together for goodness sake! You should not have these misconceptions of who you think we are and what you think we stand for. Your statements above are hurtful and untrue, and I am truly sorry that you feel this way. I called A Licensed Roofing Company to get a quote for a roof leak and they came out the next day to give me a roof estimate and scheduled the repair for the following day. I couldn't have asked for any quicker service! Randy took time to explain the quote and answer all my questions, and the two workmen were very courteous, respectful, and did a great job. They removed plenty of tile to be 100% sure that they fixed everything properly. It started pouring down rain while they were working and they were well prepared with tarps and a blower to dry everything off afterwards. They cleaned up the work area very well and did an outstanding job! I really appreciate their quick service and quality workmanship.

The estimation took a slightly longer than I would like However once the company was hired they did the work very quickly and professionally And that happened amid heavy rain season where everybody else were pushing new projects weeks away The communication was very quick and efficient Overall impression is very good

Excellent - we love our new roof and peace of mind of a warranty that is longer than most companies out there. The crew is amazing and they were nice enough to fix a leak that started before they were contracted to start. Basically saved our newly remodeled bathroom as it was a bad leak and they fixed it at no extra charge to the complete roof installation which started about a month later.

Approximately a dozen calls over about three week period with messages left and NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE despite numerous promises from the receptionist ("Sara will call Sunday, Sara will call tomorrow, Your roof will be cleaned on the 18th", etc. etc. Totally unprofessional, totally unresponsive.

Perfect. great communications before and during job, crew was cordial and cleaned up every day, flexible when we needed to add insulation, easy scheduling, handled all permitting with city, provided us with options for roofing materials. Randy and Sarah were enthusiastic and show great pride in their work. We are delighted. Very highly recommended.

Sarah , the owner is very friendly on the phone, but she doesn't follow through and doesn't return your phone calls. She did not get the fascia repaired for weeks as she promised so the gutter company could finish their work. The subcontracted gutter company she uses did excellent work once I found a carpenter on my own to repair the fascia. Very frustrating company to deal with....unprofessional. Beware!

On both occasions working with Randy and the crew was a pleasant experience. Everyone is honest, courteous, and they do their best to make the customer happy. They have excellent response time and leave your home in clean condition. Any questions we had before, during, and after the repairs were answered promptly and in a way we understood. A Licensed Roofing Company's prices are extremely fair. This is a company that takes pride in their work and in the satisfaction their customers receive. Let me mention again their honesty; very hard to find these days. Give them a call; use them. You won't be sorry you did!

They were pretty good, pretty efficient. There was an issue about the price of their service.It was actually $200 higher than expected. It was a simple repair. It was quoted at $300, but it ended up being $500 after they were done. The work was very good. They were very professional, very efficient. It was more expensive than what they could see from the outside. They probably had to put a couple of pieces of board, so that's likely why. They were professional, and they explained to me that more wood had to be replaced than anticipated. Some of the wood had rotted behind it that they couldn't see. Other than that they were pretty professional and they worked really well. They were well above average.There was an issue about responsiveness.

Work was complete and thorough. Staff showed professionalism, competence, and efficiency. Too bad it rained throughout 2 weeks daily where they could not work but overall, they were able to get the job done in 2~3 days excluding permit (which they cannot control due to city). Highly recommend Sarah and Randy. Thanks guys!

I contacted them through Angie's List and they were very quick to respond. They came out to survey the problem and were very knowledgeable about what the issue was. They replaced the wood in that area. It looks great and leak was fixed. Would definitely use them again.

Couldn't be any better. They came in with the best price, gave me more plywood then anyone else and even offered to do more facia then anyone too. The personalized service & excellent communication was what made me the happiest. They always answered every call and told me where we were in the process.
