CTC is reliable, trustworthy, and communicative. They stood behind an almost 2 year old repair with their two year warranty, no excuses. It is really hard to find contractors in South Florida that are not shady. As commercial real estate owners and recent transplants from the Midwest we are very particular with contractors we hire. We were thrilled with the service we received. This company really went above and beyond for us at an extremely stressful time! CTC is are go to roofer from now on. D.Beavers & J. We had several roofing companies come out to quote the repairs, which were minor, the estimates ranged wildly. We hired CTC because they were friendy, professional and competitive. Our repair window was short and they fit us in on the schedule inside our timeframe. The crew came out and the repairs were done quickly and as quoted. This is a family run business with an honest feel to the way they do business.

Carlos and Toni offered prompt amazing customer service, followed through on everything from on time appointments, fair and honest quotes , next day written quote and answered every question I had. The repair was performed the day it was scheduled The crew was courteous and professional, cleaned up. and even helped with a gutter that was dislodged from the house. ( Above and beyond their services) Needless to say, I cannot find enough adjectives to describe my experience with C.T.C roofing and would rehire this company again for other roofing needs in a heartbeat. First of all Honesty, integrity spells it out for any business and C.T.C has it. Wonderful people, wonderful service. I own a rental in fort Lauderdale, I live in Fort Myers and of course I'm worried of someone taking advantage of this situation. I called C.T.C roofing and they went out. Come to find out the ac ling was dripping water on the ceiling and it seems like the roof had a leak. Now this company was so honest that they explain everything to me what happen and did not lied. I REOMMENT THIS BUSINESS TO EVERYONE- You don't find honest people like these now a days. And thrust me I know because I own multiple of rentals and everyone thinks you are made of money.
