Love My Floors

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Love My Floors, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They did an amazing job, and their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. The quality of their work is excellent, and the final result exceeded my expectations. On top of that, their pricing was great, making the entire experience even better. I highly recommend Love My Floors for any remodeling needs!

Floor looks great

We have a lovely waterfall going from the spa to the pool. Unfortunately, some tiles had broken, so it looked a little shabby. I looked all over to find someone to repair or replace. I tried contacting our pool service, and they didn't know anyone. I checked with other floor/tile places, and no one seemed interested. Love My Floors came out, looked it over, and gave me a quote on the project (one to replace broken tiles, the other to replace the whole thing). I decided to replace all the tiles (3 levels of tile, about 90 tiles). They did a fantastic job. Talking with Joe, the owner, was great! We will replace the tile inside our home, and I am happy we found someone as good as Love My Floors.

Joe is prompt, showed up exactly when he told me he would to give me an estimate to install ceramic tile in my home. I was impressed! I had already purchased tile and had just barely enough to do the job. Chris and Chad the installers did a fantastic job!! I am very happy with the floors and baseboards that they also installed. I recomend them highly and will use them again for my next job.

Excellent crew!! Installed our downstairs and staircase with LVP. Completed project in 3 days. Friendly staff works very quickly. Joe responds to every call and text!! Will be using them again for next project.

Joe and his crew were amazing to work with. Joe sat down with us and we explained what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure on selling us anything. We were impressed with him and his quote. Demo team arrived, covered what was needed to be and then Aaron came the next day and went to work. Aaron was very knowledgeable and his work was outstanding. He gave us certain ideas that we loved and helped us with a few decisions as well. Joe has a great guy on his team. Overall very happy. We luv our shower and tub.

When you work with Joe, the owner, you genuinely feel like you are meeting a new friend. He works incredibly hard to make his business top notch. He personally overseas each job. His employees are experienced craftsmen. My timeline was tight and he made it work. He sent us Danny to tile our shower. He was very skilled. My shower was a little complex. I chose glass tiles, which are harder to cut. I had a linear drain, which requires technique to install. I also had a niche and they require a skill of their own to be done correctly. Danny was meticulous when creating the mud base for the shower. He showed up early every day and completed the job when he said he would. Though quick, he was a perfectionist and the end product is gorgeous! We could not be happier and have already started referring friends. Thanks for everything Joe!

Joe was awesome to work with. He went above and beyond to give us what we wanted. All work was high quality. He and all his workers were very polite and professional and I was very comfortable with them in my home. We will definitely be using them again when we are ready for our next project.

We built our house in 2017, and except for our GC, most tradesmen were extremely inconsistent regarding timelines and the quality of their work. However Love My Floors was fantastic. Great price, fantastic quality, finished ahead of schedule, cleaned the job site every night before leaving, friendly, and great advisors. We will use them for our next project. If you need tile work, we highly recommend them.

Joe and team at Love My Floors did a great job of installing 1200 feet of laminate flooring that I purchased. They did all of the trim and quarter round as well. It could not have turned out better. Thanks.

His installer, Mike did a very professional job installing luxury vinyl plank in 2 large bedrooms in 1 day ( including ripping out carpet and installing quarter round trim.) This is the BEST flooring company to use for any flooring or tile project, Joe cares about the quality of his work and is very responsive. His work is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I am super grateful I found him and I looove my floor.

I found myself in need of grab bar installation for my elderly father the week of Christmas. Joe was referred by the realtor that sold us our home, and he was so very understanding and kind and responded promptly to all my texts. He was empathetic to my situation and in less than 24 hours had someone to my house to install the grab bars. Chris did an outstanding job and even helped with a couple other small tasks I requested. They deserve more than 5 stars for their dedication and professionalism.

Joe and his team were very professional. We had our entire condo remodelled and his team was a pleasure to deal with even though we were in Canada for the entire job. The owner Joe went beyond in aiding us through this difficult journey because we were unable to be there due to COVID restrictions. LoveMyFloors did an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G job on our floors. We had the old porcelain tile floors torn out and new, random plank tile floors, put in throughout the house, they could not have turned out better! Joe is wonderful to work with and Aaron is a master at tile laying, to say the least. Enrique did a wonderful job as well. We are just so thrilled with how our floors turned out. We interviewed 5 companies for this job, but we chose Love My Floors and are so happy we did. Joe's character really sealed the deal for us...kind, fair, and honest. He was always on time for our meetings and it was easy conversing with him. The team put in flooring throughout our home and also updating in the bathrooms. Joe and his team are all about making sure the customer is happy. The team was always in contact as to what time they would be arriving and they made sure to clean up when they left. Due to one of their key guys coming down with an illness, Joe had to mix and match people from a couple of his crews in order to keep my project on track. The job came in later than expected but only because I told him I was flexible on the completion date. The guys and one lady were excellent workers and did top notch work. I was worried about getting tiles under appliances and transitions but the crew did everything better than I expected at a very good price.
