"This is my first review for Miguel and 413 Construction. At first I was skeptical about hiring them. I took a chance on having them install porcelain tile throughout most of my home. They removed the baseboard , installed the tile, reinstalled the baseboard, installed my 2 new toilet bowls and reinstalled a pedestal sink. I highly recommend them, let them do the job and don't hawk over them, they know what they are doing. Floor has no uneven tiles as they used tile leveling clips. Very professional work and for the tremendous job they did fairly priced. Floor is still looking fantastic over three years later."

"I am so impressed with Lipsky and Son. Nathan came to assess our job and was knowledgeable and honest about the difficulties involved with the tile we wanted to use. He was prompt, friendly and professional in his demeanor. He returned phone calls and produced an estimate very quickly, which was helpful for us with an urgent time frame. Alex was the Site supervisor who was the most professional of any vendors we have dealt with, and the list is long. He was completely courteous and dedicated to doing the job right. He consistently came to assess the work as it was progressing, and insisted on corrections that would perfect the final result. He made sure to follow-up to get approval from me on the phases of this job, and has proven to be a problem solver, as this small job presented several challenges (tiling a recessed bathroom nitch and fixing the damaged wall around it). Jason listened to our ideas, added insight based on his years or experience, and then executed our plan to perfection. Watching Jason work is like watching a fine craftsman plying his trade. Over the years I've had numerous occasions to watch tile setters knock out a job...bing bam, their out the door and what you get is what you get...good, bad, or indifferent. It's just another job. Not so with Jason. Watching the manner in which Jason performs his work, it's obvious the man takes pride in what he does. Everything has to be "just so". In this day and age, it's increasingly rare to find a craftsman who takes pride in his work. Jason is DEFINITELY one of those."
