The home we purchased is 25 years old and our roof inspection turned up a few items that needed attention, as mentioned above. Carol in the front office was most accommodating in helping us schedule the repairs. Alex, the tech, was professional, arrived on time and perfomed the repairs in a timely fashion. If we ever need any work done on our roof we would definitely use Eustis. They are what make a local family-run company worth hiring. McHale roofing has all they can do until the shingle manufacturer decides if and how much they'll pay toward roof replacement.

Mr. McHale personally came out and has experience dealing with these types of roof claims to manufacturers.

We noticed a small spot on our kitchen ceiling indicating a leak. Eustis Roofing was recommended by a neighbor, so we called and left a message on a Wednesday night. The very next day a representative, Danny, from Eustis Roofing arrived to take a look. He performed an on-the-spot repair and provided a detailed explanation of the problem and fix. He provided suggestions on how to repair the stains to the interior ceiling, and also indicated the potential for future leaks and preventative action that could be taken.

We are extremely pleased with Eustis Roofing, and will definitely use them again.

I find it odd that a highly rated roofing company in business since 1959 would not want work in their home county. Their website and profile on Angie's List state they work in Lake and surrounding counties. I mapped their address to Groveland and it was 22 miles. From their address to the home was 31 miles. I guess that's too far.

Dean from Eustis Roofing came out and provided an estimate of repairs and showed what was wrong and what he would do to correct leaks under eaves. He came out to complete repair sooner than promised and completed all work he stated was needed. He cleaned everything up afterwards. During the repair, he showed me the problems as he gained access. I am sure that once we get a rain, we will no longer have the leaks. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that asks me about it in their service area! Thanks Dean.

Mr. Mc Hale was the only highly recommended roofer that returned my phone call asking for an estimate. I did receive an e-mail response to my inquiry from one other roofer but when I asked that someone come out to give me an estimate, I got no reply. Matt Mc Hale came out to my house personally and wrote the estimate. He was professional and courteous. The crew showed up when they said they would and completed the first repair. After the first repair was completed, we had a very heavy rain and I noticed that an old leak was once again a problem. I called Matt and he said that they would come out and take a look to see what was needed. It was discovered that there was a problem with part of the ridge vent and that a section needed to be replaced. While he could not repair the ridge vent problem immediately due to not having all the supplies (he didn't have enough of the right color shingles to match the ones on our roof) he needed on the truck, he promised to come back and take care of it, which he did. I know that all of the area roofing companies have been busy as we've had a very wet summer, but Mc Hale Roofing did what they said they were going to do in the time frame promised. I will be calling Mc Hale Roofing to do our re-roof when the times comes. I highly recommend Mc Hale Roofing.

They've been in business for 54 years and they're right here locally. I've used them off and on in the past. They just do great work. I'm really pleased with the job.

The company was very quick to show up to give me an estimate. He promised an estimate would be emailed to me by the evening the following day. A week later, after still not receiving an estimate, I phone the office and they told me they'll check with the guy who came out to do the estimate and they'll send me an email. Up to date, no estimate received.
If the job is too small for you or you have a long back list of projects, just say so and don't let people wait. Totally unprofessional. I have been given 2 independent recommendations (besides the Angie's List) for this company, and I have to say I am very disappointed. 
Would not recommend them - if you cannot be bothered to communicated with your potential customers than you should't be in business.

Noticed a water leak on ceiling in dining room around possibly July/Aug 2013. Called Eustis Roofing Company after several calls to other companies who were booked past Nov 2013 and wouldn't even take our business. This company was also scheduled out as far but sent someone to our property within a few days to give us an estimate and repair options ($500 patch for the leak or $2,000-3,000 to replace flat roof which needed to be replaced anyways). Being a first time home owner, the gentleman who came to the house for the estimate answered all of our questions as well as a gentleman at the office was very patient and helped us make sure we submitted everything with the expectation of work to be done approx. Nov 2013 as long as work did not get backed up due to weather conditions. No communication or update was received until a letter was sent in early Dec 2013 with work order/permit to be notarized. Sent signed paperwork back within one week and did not hear anything back from office. Called in mid-Jan 2014 for an update on where our house was in line to be worked on. Spoke with new ladies (new to us) in office and was given an estimated date of Feb 2014 and after asking several times was confirmed all necessary paperwork was received. Did not hear from the office until we called again mid-Feb 2014 for an update at which time one of the ladies in the office proceeded to say that the phone number they had on file had come up as disconnected (despite having no issues receiving return phone calls on it since first contacting the company) and an e-mail sent by the company was never responded to so they had been waiting to hear from us to place us on the schedule. We waited another 3 weeks without any word before calling the company back and being told again that they had been waiting on hearing back from us before placing us on the schedule. With this second phone call we then received an estimated work date of March 10th or so. Workers never arrived between 8 am and 1 pm as stated by office staff the evening before. After a short phone call to a very pleasant lady at the office, we found out that the crew had encountered an issue at the job scheduled just before us and would be out the next day or as soon as the weather allowed (it rained the very next day). The day the crew arrived, they were there around 8:30 am and got straight to work. We went to work shortly after their arrival, but when we came home that evening the work had been completed and no mess was left in our driveway or yard. The gentleman from the company that came to collect payment and give us our final paperwork was on time as scheduled shortly after completion of the job. Overall, we were very pleased with how prompt, thorough, and pleasant the vast majority of our experiences were with the entire company. The only negative aspect of the service provided was a phone call or two that felt less than professional in nature and required a second phone call to be placed by us to continue to move forward with work. Otherwise, all phone calls were returned in less than 24 hours (if not answered immediately) and led to a satisfactory result.

The crew showed up exactly on time and were extremely professional, polite and helpful. They thoroughly answered any and all questions I had concerning the work to be done. Since they do such excellent work, they are extremely busy so you may have to wait a short time to get your work scheduled. This is a very small inconvenience to endure for such outstanding results. The quality of their workmanship is to be admired. Eustis Roofing has been a complete pleasure to work with, I would certainly recommend them for anyone's roofing needs.

My roof had started leaking in two places.  I got four estimates.  They were the least expensive, which was not my reason for choosing them.  They offered the application of a product called peel n stick to the whole roof.  Others offered it only on ridges and valleys.  We chose that application that was an additional $1000.  When I sent my insurance company the paperwork they gave to me on my roof it provided me a very nice credit on my homeowners insurance.  I had to wait a month for them start the project.  They came out two times and fixed all the leaks with no charge.
I am selling my house.  The inspector found a loose shingle and a torn shingle on my roof.   I called Eustis roofing.  There was absolutely no charge for their repair and they actually found something that the inspector did not.  A manager came out when their workman was finished to inspect the job and make certain that we were totally satisfied. 
I have never worked with a company before with so much integrity.  No matter the job, or issue, they have smiled and treated us with the utmost respect as their customer.  I would use them again and again.  I tell all of my friends about them when they are in need of a roof.
If I find that I need a roof in Daytona Beach after my move I will pay extra for them to fix my roof there too!! If they have the time and manpower to drive there to handle the job.

I have a very large, high roof. When I noticed that the end cap on one of the ridge vents was missing, I could only imagine what other damage that I could not see had happened to my roof. Of course, I feared the worse. I am a senior citizen, and there is no way that I could ever go up on the roof to check things out. I called McHale Roofing and explained the situation. Even though this was hardly an emergency, and knowing that now during Hurricane Season is their busiest time, Diane cheerfully assured me that, of course, my problem was important. She scheduled an appointment to have someone come to evaluate things and give me an estimate two days later. Matt McHale arrived right on time, and immediately diagnosed the problem. The design of the end cap had caused it to dislodge from the vent and break off. It was a simple problem, and there had not been any damage done to the roof at all!! While he was on the roof, Matt took the time to check all of the end caps on all of the other ridge vents (I never even thought of asking him to do that), and found potential problems with all of them. When I asked him when he might be able to come back to fix the problem, he told me that he actually had the parts in his truck with him, and that he would be glad to just fix the problem while he was there. As if that wasn't enough fantastic service, while attaching the end caps he noticed that a few of the screws in the vents were loose, so he came down, got his drill, and went back up on the roof to tighten them. I was literally speechless. Within just a few minutes, Matt had fixed what could have eventually turned into a very dangerous and costly problem in the future. McHale Roofing truly went and quot;Above and Beyondand quot; anything I could have ever expected. How a company treats their customers in small situations speaks volumes about their professionalism and integrity in larger situations. My roof is safe and sound now thanks to all that Matt McHale did, but I know that eventually it will be necessary to replace it in the future. I will definitely call McHale Roofing at that time. They are the best, and I would definitely recommend them.

Rod from Eustis Roofing was supposed to arrive at 11:00 AM.  He arrived early and asked me if I had any concerns besides wanting a general inspection  of the roof. I showed Rod where there appeared to be multiple wet marks / stains and a visible seam on the ceiling of the living room. Rod inspected the entire roof thoroughly and took photos of each area as he inspected it. Rod then showed me the photos. Rod identified the probable leak in the roof.  The stain in the ceiling was cause the leak.  Rod explained what would need to be done to resolve this leak as far as replacing shingles and ceiling repair. Rod also showed me where shingles were prematurely worn on  the roof. I appreciated Rod for his honesty. He could have tried to sell me a new roof, but he did not.  I was very happy with Eustis Roofing's honesty and thoroughness. If I need any roofing done, I would contact them first.
