"We had a tub and small shower in our master and had West Shore make the small shower into a closet and then turn the tub into a walkin shower. Traci and Omaly were our installer and the were not only very professional , they made the whole process enjoyable. The end product is beyond our expectations. I did give only 4 stars on cost, because everything these days cost too much. But I would have given both installer and the there final results 6 or 7 stars if I could."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"S&W kitchens completed a full remodel of my master bathroom. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The remodel included some extensive concrete work and plumbing to fill in sunken tub and shower areas with a free standing tub and walk-in shower. Despite delays due to Covid, they kept pace and had tradesmen working almost weekly until done. Any issues during the remodel were handled professionally and to my satisfaction.
