"I'm giving 3 stars because their is nothing wrong with the work...HOWEVER...This company is way overpriced. I knew I was being ripped off (over $500 to hang a fan and small chandelier) but due to being out of town when the fixtures arrived, I only had a couple of days to return them if they didn't function so I take responsibility for allowing myself to be taken advantage of. They walk through the door and try and upsell you before they even look at the project. My normally docile husband showed his irritation within minutes. THEN...this professional installer whined because he had to put chandelier attachments on hooks. I mean, its a chandelier...he's on the ladder...if I could reach it I wouldn't need him there. I took a picture of the extremely small chandelier that caused this guy distress. If this tiny unit caused him issues, I dont think he should be handling large projects. I knowingly got ripped off and take full responsibility, but we won't be using them again."

"Outstanding. I noticed the other day that my front porch light had dropped out of the recessed receptacle and was hanging by its wires. I quickly contacted several electricians from Angie's list and only heard back from two of them. Both were pleasant and helpful. One could not get to me for about 7-9 days. The other (Phaze Electric) had me on their schedule the next day. Jerome showed up early and quickly assessed what was needed. He obtained the necessary part from Lowe's and was back in a flash to remove the old housing and install the new one. I also used Phaze Electric a couple of years ago to hang ceiling fans on my back porch and they did an excellent job then, too. Phaze Electric will be the company I call in the future for all my electrical needs. I trust them to do a great job at a reasonable price."
