I have always found above than average pros for my small projects in Angi but I will not ever look elsewhere for finding my next pro after having the pleasure to work with The Benefit Flooring Group LLC. These guys had put in superb craftsmanship, unbeatable price and five stars customer service all together into my last project. It was a complete redo at my 600 sq ft condo tackled in a single day, subfloor insulation included, which it did not have before. I was given to choose the perfect vinyl for my project from a vast array of colors, always putting quality first. I am glad these guys helped me out with this project which was totally worth every penny

From the moment I contacted Benefit Flooring and spoke to Jose, the experience was fantastic. He came to my house, took measurements, was patient, and answered all my questions. He ordered my new carpet and arranged for Gabriel to come and install it the upcoming weekend. That same morning, I called and asked if they had extra carpet for another closet that had a recent water leak. Jose, with his expertise, assured me that he always orders a little extra for situations like this. It worked out perfectly, and I was able to get my office/bedroom and master closet carpets replaced. Gabriel was very efficient and did a great job. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service! I will be returning to Benefit Flooring to replace the rest of the carpets in all the bedrooms!

Install went fine. However, Jose provides a warranty with the work done and flooring provided. We initially reached out in August because there are some issues with cracking and the vinyl lifting. His team came out in DECEMBER, four months after we made contact. When they arrived with the replacement flooring, they dug up the existing flooring and started to install the flooring. Upon installing, the flooring did not match and no choice but to install the mismatched flooring. I have sent multiple text messages to which I got no response to. My wife asked him to call the day the mismatch floor was installed and she never got a call. Disappointing since the original interaction was fine. As of today, we still have the original issues plus an area of mismatched flooring.

We highly recommend Jose and his team. Working with the owner and project manager was a stress-free and easy experience. They were outstanding and very professional; they also listened to our ideas and offered suggestions. We love our kitchen countertops and backsplash. The Benefit Flooring is a wonderful company, so professional and their work is the highest quality. Working with them is like working with trusted family. They completely demo'd my subfloor and installed new luxury vinyl planks. The subfloor replacement was due to flood water damage from Hurricane Ian. As they got deeper into the demo, they found that the cabinets and built-ins, had also been damaged by the flood waters. So I decided to re-do the kitchen and both bathrooms, and I am thrilled with the results. The new cabinets, sinks, granite counters, showers and shower tub combo, and flooring are outstanding. Everything turned out gorgeous, and better than I could have imagined.

The Benefit Flooring is very accurately named! The owner Jose really knows his product and has a great eye for helping create the right look. I had water damage to my house and needed new floors. Not only did they get the job done quick but they made the process simple and easy so it took stress off of me. The owner helped ensure that I got a higher quality product and his install guys were professional, friendly, and thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone for flooring needs. I hired this company to redo my floors in 2 rooms, which are my and my husband?s offices(we both work from home). After getting a few quotes, I hired Jose, because he gave us a reasonable price and like every other contractor said it was a 2 day job. Here is where the problems started. After setting the start date of the project himself, the day before they were supposed to start, at 6 pm, Jose tells me that they have a day delay and can no longer start the next day. 1. We already moved everything out of there, and have to work from the living room(we both have a lot of meetings) 2. That means that now this project is going into the weekend (I told Jose we have reservations for the weekend, planning to not be home). Jose tells me that his guys will work all day Friday and then Saturday morning, so we will be able to make our reservation times. Friday comes around, his guys are 2 hours late and then leave after 3 hours because they were late to drop off the trash (because they were late in the morning). They ended up working on the floors Saturday and Sunday both and finally left saying they were done(all weekend plans were canceled) They left half an inch on space between the sideboards and the floor in both rooms, I had to text and call Jose for a full day until they came out to caulk(Jose assured me there would be no through holes between the floor and sideboards when we were getting the quote). Ultimately this was a very frustrating experience, he either didn?t communicate or communicated last minute about major changes to the schedule and I had to hunt him down to get this job done. I wish I knew this was going to be the case, this business was completely unprofessional with their time management and communication. Quality ended up pretty good after we called them to come fix a few things, but what was supposed to be a 2 day job ended up a 5 day job, where I couldn?t leave my house because Jose does not respect anyone?s time.

If you need flooring job, donâ t waste time to look for other contractors. This is the best from the quality,cost and the prompt. I met the sales guy Jose Arismendi on Wednesday afternoon, he gave me a very reasonable quote. Then the next day in the morning at 8:30 to 7 pm, the whole house flooring is done.
