"They were very friendly. The work is good. Although I voiced some concerns I have but nothing was done about my concerns. I basically have a non functional ramp. In my opinion. My concern were if the wheelchair could go in and out the door. Then the ramp ends at the end of cement slab. So you have to go off slab into grass and then on the ramp. I can't push it in the grass and that area floods when it rains. Then I asked about handrails and was told it would have them But only half the ramp has handrails. Then on the side rails on ramp are off center which makes it look unfinished like it's missing a rail. Also questioned a soft spot with a small lip . That's all it was was addressed nothing else. I was told they would fix it so I wouldn't have to go in the grass but that never happened. That was over a month ago and haven't heard from him since."

Very reasonable price. When Donald arrived , he was on time and pleasant. I He got right to work fixing the original problem. I had forgotten to mention another issue. He immediately said he would look at it. I am sure glad I asked. I am very glad I asked. He took it apart and the inside was not good. The encasing around the motor was all broken into big and little pieces. Not safe at all. No telling when there would have been a fire. I purchased a new vacuum from Donald. After having the other one for over 20 years, I felt it was a good product for the price. He put it together and explained all the bells and whistles. "DO NOT USE CHARLES BUTLER (aka TRE of Tre's Appliance Repair) Terrible communication. Hired him to fix a broken fridge in a rental we own. He came out next day (which is why we hired him). He said he'd replaced 2 items (temperature sensor and thermostat), charged us $377.48 via Zelle, and told us fridge should be working in 24 hours. Over 48 hours later fridge still wasn't working. Tried contacting him again for 2 days. 48 hours later he texted and said he'd ordered a new part and would be in touch with us to fix the fridge when the new part came in. He ghosted us. He had our phone number and the tenant's phone number. After several attempts to contact him none of us have ever heard from him again. We were left with a broken fridge and out $377.48!!!! SCAM! His receipt states "90 days parts & labor". I tried contacting him again about this and have had no reply. DO NOT USE CHARLES BUTLER! SCAM ALERT!"
