DO NOT USE CHARLES BUTLER (aka TRE of Tre's Appliance Repair) Terrible communication. Hired him to fix a broken fridge in a rental we own. He came out next day (which is why we hired him). He said he'd replaced 2 items (temperature sensor and thermostat), charged us $377.48 via Zelle, and told us fridge should be working in 24 hours. Over 48 hours later fridge still wasn't working. Tried contacting him again for 2 days. 48 hours later he texted and said he'd ordered a new part and would be in touch with us to fix the fridge when the new part came in. He ghosted us. He had our phone number and the tenant's phone number. After several attempts to contact him none of us have ever heard from him again. We were left with a broken fridge and out $377.48!!!! SCAM! His receipt states "90 days parts & labor". I tried contacting him again about this and have had no reply. DO NOT USE CHARLES BUTLER! SCAM ALERT!

Fixed the problem but were pricey, late and don’t seem to respect customers.

Very unprofessional, charge high for poor quality of services. Does not respond to phone calls any more. I want my $ 400 Dollars back ASAP.

"We have responded to every call from you guys. Where sorry that your LG compressor is shot I told you that it was a possibility that changing the relay switch could fix the issue if not you have bigger issues. I was told to put the relay switch in he was full aware that it could possibly work or not he knew if it didn’t work his compressor failed. We were very honest with you up front sir . Sorry for any inconvenience please give us a call anytime so we can resolve this issue. Thank you"
