"I called Quality Masters Appliance Service for a diagnosis and estimate for repair of a broken stove. When Jose arrived, he determined that the issue was the bake element and it would need to be replaced providing a repair estimate of $195. 86. Based on his diagnosis and estimate, I decided ro go ahead and get the stove repaired rather than getting a new one. However, once he came and replaced the bake element, he found that the Main Control Board was burnt out and that an additional $118.58 would now be needed to repair the stove. Having already sunk $195 for the initial estimate, I okayed the replacement of the control board. Needless to say, with the final total repair cost of $321.65, I obviously would have just gotten a new stove if the original diagnosis had been correct."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"DO NOT USE CHARLES BUTLER (aka TRE of Tre's Appliance Repair) Terrible communication. Hired him to fix a broken fridge in a rental we own. He came out next day (which is why we hired him). He said he'd replaced 2 items (temperature sensor and thermostat), charged us $377.48 via Zelle, and told us fridge should be working in 24 hours. Over 48 hours later fridge still wasn't working. Tried contacting him again for 2 days. 48 hours later he texted and said he'd ordered a new part and would be in touch with us to fix the fridge when the new part came in. He ghosted us. He had our phone number and the tenant's phone number. After several attempts to contact him none of us have ever heard from him again. We were left with a broken fridge and out $377.48!!!! SCAM! His receipt states "90 days parts & labor". I tried contacting him again about this and have had no reply. DO NOT USE CHARLES BUTLER! SCAM ALERT!"
