Aerus Electrolux

The power head on my 20+ year old Aerus vacuum broke. I called Aerus of Orlando. A real person answered the phone. I explained the issue and he told me what I needed and the cost. Very reasonable price. When Donald arrived , he was on time and pleasant. I He got right to work fixing the original problem. I had forgotten to mention another issue. He immediately said he would look at it. I am sure glad I asked. I am very glad I asked. He took it apart and the inside was not good. The encasing around the motor was all broken into big and little pieces. Not safe at all. No telling when there would have been a fire. I purchased a new vacuum from Donald. After having the other one for over 20 years, I felt it was a good product for the price. He put it together and explained all the bells and whistles. I would recommend this business and Donald A Martin Sr. to all.

I received a phone call very quickly. Gary came out that day to address my issue. I had a new vacuum installed within a week. Excellent customer service every time I called. After installation all my questions were answered and I was assured if I had any other questions all I had to do was call . It was a great experience.

Gary was the nicest service man and he explained the whole system to me and it was such high quality, it was just what I was looking for. My old vac was over 40 yrs old and finally gave out. Gary came the same day and installed the central vac in the garage. Very quick, he was so professional and left everything cleaned up. I would highly recommend him . He is reliable.

Donald Martin Sr. responded to my inquiry about a new central vac within an hour or two of my posting on a Sunday morning. He offered to come to my house that very evening. I assured him that later in the week would be soon enough and we agreed on a time for this afternoon. Don appeared a few minutes earlier than he estimated and went right to work. He had the replacement installed well within the time he estimated it would take. He was very professional and clearly very knowledgeable about his product. It was a pleasure meeting him and doing business with him. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a central vac system.
