"Marshall was excellent to work with and I highly recommend this company! Our builder installed our master shower wrong, which caused the damage that can be seen in the pictures and soon as Marshall was called out, he began to get to work immediately since we were obviously concerned with all the mold growth that had happened. He brought in a specialist to test the type of mold and the air quality in our house so we didn’t have to worry about breathing this nasty stuff in. He was in constant communication with us during the entire process and came out once per day to check the progress of the remediation. From start to finish, we started the remediation process on Friday morning and by Monday morning with daily checks from Marshall, he was able to take his equipment back and complete the job. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable!!"

"Their representative was kind, but I felt he was using scare tactics to push me to hurry up and choose his company to rid house of the mold in the bathroom once he found out I had LUPUS and a poor immune system by suggesting I get out of the house and start mold remediation immediately. He even went so far as to climb a ladder in my garage and tell me my 1 year old air conditioner handler was full of mold and said the duct work would also be full of mold . I call my account guy all was well."

Customers say: Quality work

"Adrianna is probably the best in the mold indusrty. Her skill set is to be admired. I had her come.check behind another company that I hired for mold remediation and she.found all kinds of mistakes and oversights from them. The other company has put my health at risk, she actually lisend to me, and found hazardous mold, both vise able and in the air Hats off to her. I would recommend her for every mold job. Her character and values are not often seen in this day and age."

Biohazard Remediation FAQs, answered by experts

According to the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, there are over 10,000 kinds of mushrooms, and some are harmful to both humans and animals. However, not all mushrooms are harmful—some feed on thatch and wood, which provides nutrients for grass and plants.

But unless you’re a mushroom expert (mycologist), it can be hard to tell poisonous mushrooms from non-poisonous. So if you have kids or pets (or both), removing them is the safest route to take.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) only recommends removing mold yourself if the area covers less than 10 square feet. Beyond that, you should hire a local mold remediation company for testing and removal. These companies are trained for the specific task of handling mold and removing it safely and responsibly. The mold removal experts will also be familiar with the different types of mold and the best ways to handle each one.

PVC is not considered a hazardous waste in most areas, but regulations vary by location. If in doubt, you should contact your local sanitation department to confirm. The Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) has been working to get PVC classified as hazardous waste, so it’s possible that it will be considered as such in the near future. If it is, disposing of PVC will require the use of a hazardous waste disposal facility or transporter in your area.

Powdery mildew is exactly like it sounds—a widespread mold that looks like baking soda or talcum powder. It’s usually seen on plants and spread in warm climates, which is why many people first discover this issue in their home greenhouse. Over time, plants have become resistant, but if you see it spreading, baking soda and water can eliminate many cases. Otherwise, consider neem oil or fungicide.

Yes, exposure to fiberglass insulation can cause harm to your skin and eyes. However, this typically refers to the fiberglass insulation that is mostly used in walls and attics. Fiberglass doors don’t pose risks for fiberglass exposure because they're fully encased in polymer cladding.
