Toxicity and Mold Removal
I hired LaPierre Life Sciences after my insurance company sent in a mold remediation company, who kept delaying doing the work for weeks, at which point I complained tot he insurance adjuster, who then denied my claim. Rick came in and completed the work within a few days and really went above and beyond to help me as well as assisting me with referrals to professionals who may be able to assist me with my issue with my insurance company. He is the best.

"We are disappointed this was your experience. We are always concerned about any potential customer and of course our reputation. We provided a free evaluation and did not provide any paid services. When we were told that the home's occupants have been experiencing severe respiratory ailments shortly after a non-licensed Remediator covered up visual mold while repairing the kitchen and bathroom from a major water intrusion, naturally we were concerned that the initial source was not removed properly. This clearly being a concern that prompted our complimentary visit, we simply offered our input to assist in making an informed decision."

Rick is extremely knowledgeable on mold and is quick to share his knowledge with his customers. His company is reliable and does exactly what they said and more. His crew, I had Kenny senior and son, is friendly, honest, and they didn't miss a single thing in their wipe down, misting and clean up. I felt safe with them in my house while I vacated for two days and came home to a fresh, clean orderly house.

Rick knows mold problems inside out and is quick to share his expertise. He delivers what he says he will, is dependable and has a crew that is friendly , honest and doesn't cut corners in the least. Ken senior and his son didn't miss a single item in their wipe down, Hepa vac and misting of my house. They found problems I didn't even know I had and gave me a list and pictures of everything that needed to be addressed. I felt totally safe with leaving them in my house for two days while I vacated the premises. They also told me I could call anytime if I had questions. I came back to a clean, orderly home that smelled fresh and totally free of mold spores and allergens.

Rick Lapierre is an expert on mold and remediation. He goes the extra mile for his customers and really cares about the health of his clients. He is committed to making indoor air quality safe for all, especially because our family is so allergic to mold. He loves to educate and was very patient as I came up on the learning curve. I am healthy and have no allergy symptoms when I am in buildings he has treated with TM-100! Don't waste your time or money with any other mold remediation company if you want to be certain your mold will be gone..
