Mark and his team did a fantastic job! Those guys worked until dark to take care of us. They really care about your problem and are so polite as well. Needless to say they were really busy, but Mark worked us in and quoted a fair price to boot!

They came out and took sample of the air and stuff to see if we had any mold because we had some moisture problems like rotten wood moisture problems between our 1st and 2nd story and we had to have that fix of course. I had no problems with them at all. He came in very professional. He did his work and did a very detail analysis of what was in the air. We had quite a bit going on at the time. Their prices were reasonable and I was comfortable with it.  They were not the cheapest but they were the ones I felt would give me the best analysis after reading reviews on the internet.

Great. We did not do a mold test; it was obvious. Mark went ahead with the cleanup procedure. I felt he did a thorough job. The only criticism I had was that it took a couple of calls and a couple of weeks before they came back to pick up the machine they left. It was big and in the way. But, yes, I would definitely hire them again if I needed that service.

The service went well. He presented himself well. He seemed like he knew what he was doing. They said that they would have the report from the inspection for me on the 9th. He still hasn't contacted me about the report. I have not heard from him and still haven't received it and it is now the 11th.

Awesome.  Very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced.  My daughter had mold toxicity from our previous house and our current house is 30 years old and had several leaks.  Airsafe has so much experience and he put our minds to rest and then the results came back from the lab all clear.  If we had mold, he is also experienced in remediating it.  I have recommended him and one of the people I recommended him to has referred him to many many of her clients and other business acquaintances.

Job was satisfactory.  Took a long time to get the final report.

The test and personal interaction was ok although the main guy is a little gruff. He does give one the feeling of honestly. My problem was that I had to bird dog him for weeks... like more than 4 to get the results from him. It was just one excuse after the other. Lets make this clear: after he had deposited my check, I had to call him. He never reached out to me until after I got mad and that was 4 weeks later. The first response was:

"oh, I sent it you didn't get it already?".... no... "ok, well I'll send it again."... still no email...

a week later, Hey, where is my result?

"I sent it", confirmed the address, waited again.

a week late, I still don't have it, what gives?

"Well... I called the lab and their email guy was let go and they haven't been able to send out results"... really? only one guy in a lab knows how to send email in 2013?

A week later, Where are we?

Well, they haven't been able to send it out yet

A week later, I want it now and I am out of patience. I had it five days later.

Now, first I don't get a response, then I get "I sent it" TWICE then I get "It's still at the lab", then I get my results which under the circumstances seems suspect. Did he send me results to get me to go away? You decide, its your money on the line now, I already lost mine.

The man was extremely thorough and knowledgeable.  What I thought was going to be a HUGE problem wasn't.  He explained, in detail, the types of mold and the dangers of each variety.  He gave me options of the what was necessary to treat today and what could wait.  Although he wasn't the best communicator, he did provide extra services for no cost to make up for the mistake.  Friendly and hard working.

Mark met with my daughter and her kids at the unit to do the tests, he was precise and exact while thoroughly engaging both my daughter and kids. I'm a  happy customer.

Mark was great! He was very polite and professional. We were very impressed with how quickly he identified the problem and provided a solution very rapidly.

Mark did a great job. He was knowledgable and thorough. He was able to give me the information I needed and while the report was a few weeks away, he left me with actionable items I could do right then and there. I felt confident in his recommendations and that it wasn't overbearing. In fact implementing his recommendations has fixed our mold and humidity problems. I was told I should get the report back in about a week but it took closer to three weeks. One week from when we had the analysis done was Thanksgiving, so I wasn't surprised it didn't come in one week but I had to call Mark to get the report finally sent to me. As I mentioned, Mark told me everything before he left so there wasn't anything in the report that was all that surprising, but it was good to confirm there wasn't any black mold.

Air Safe was very professional and responsive. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and effectively, according to prescibed scope and according to budget. When the insurance company threw a curve ball, they were very flexible and understanding. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

I was very impressed with this company.  Very professional, knowledgeable.  I particularly like the fact he was running late for the appointment but called to let us know that.  Explained thoroughly what he was going to do treat the mold.  Very happy with the results.

He was very prompt and responding to me. I was purchasing a home so I was very concerned about it. He was timely and he met his commitments and worked till late in the night to make sure I got the report on the day I needed it. The report was very thorough. He gave me more information that he had to and he identifies many issues which was causing the mold which is not his responsibility to do but I was appreciative of it.

They were excellent. Their prices seemed reasonable. They were professional. They didn't seem to try to oversell. They arrived when they said they were going to. They were very clean and left the place in very good order. I had no complains.
