I thought that my move was in the morning and it was in the afternoon. Also, I didn't realize that it was cash only. Not having it on me really upset the gentlemen moving me. I cannot say enough about the professional assistance I received from the office (Ashley and Heather) and the moving crew (Landon, Calvin and Michael). The crew appeared at 9:00 sharp and did not stop hustling until the job was done at 4:00. Everything was carefully wrapped and moved. No damages. These guys worked hard and fast. No dragging around. When they arrived at one of our houses before me, they had already unloaded half the load as far as the door by the time I got there. They had some suggestions regarding how to "navigate" the various stops that were different from my original plan and it made perfect sense and was a better way. The crew worked quickly with an eye on reducing my initial quote and further, recommended that I get a smaller storage unit that would cost less. Overall I was thrilled with the experience having had some nightmare moves elsewhere over the years. I would definitely move with them again."
