From customer service to van drivers, each person was friendly and helpful. Thanks to every guy who was involved in this move. I really can’t speak enough of them. Highly recommended.

My move went so stress-free, and I got an excellent experience with them. They packed all our stuff with extra care, and I was shocked at how speedily they worked. They are easy to schedule and very responsive before the move. On that day, they arrived early and got to work right away.

The two guys were nice, friendly, and helpful and made a stressful day less stressful. They go above and beyond to make their customer happy and satisfied with the move. So happy that we decided to use Delta United Movers LLC and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any type of move.

They were super-efficient at getting in touch to organize a date that was over a week earlier than we were originally told. On the day, they turned up on time, worked quickly to unpack, and we've had no issues at all with anything. I would highly recommend it.

Everything went great. The movers were very polite and assured me they would take care of everything. They were finished in a timely manner and even cleaned my old apartment for me. I would definitely recommend Delta to anyone looking to move you won’t be disappointed.

At the beginning, Stephanie was very responsive and willing to work out details. Jason (the driver and crew chief), was very professional and organized. The same could not be said for his crew. We had arranged for a second truck and were told that it would be on site at 3pm. (This is the day prior to our closing and having to be vacated.) I called to check where they were at 4pm and was told they were in route and would be there in 20 min. I called again at 5:45, and was told that they stopped for dinner. After several similar phone conversations, they arrived at 9:20pm. Jason and his helper started to work immediately. After about an hour, the helper excused himself and went to smoke a joint. Upon his return, it was discovered that the key to the rental truck was missing. Jason and his helper spent the next hour searching for the key and arguing. Once the key was found in the truck door lock, the helper blew up at Jason and walked off the site (quit). This left Jason and I (with a bad knee and other injuries) to move the final pieces from the upstairs bedrooms by ourselves. After a few days (delivery was to take place 3-4 days later). I called to find out where our things were. Several days of dodged phone calls, and BS stories, I reached my breaking point and threatened to involve the authorities. I got a call form Jason the next day saying they would have our things to us in two days. They arrive the morning of the third day. I was very surprised to see the helper that had quit before get out of the truck. Almost immediately, he began to complain about Jason and they way they work. He did do a minimal amount of work on site but he impacted the others as they all had to stop and talk about it several times. The condition of the items when they arrived was surprisingly poor. Many boxes marked Fragile top load, had gotten moved to the bottom of the piles during the transfer at their warehouse. All of our items were covered in dirt, grime and greasy fingerprints. One mahogany end table was damaged by the loud mouth during the load in. We also found that two of our televisions had their screens cracked after they were wrapped and packed. Many heirlooms were also damaged due to improper packing and transport. I have tried to reach out to Delta to resolve, but my phone calls are immediately sent to voicemail or disconnected. BEWARE!!

I was surprised with the work the wonderful guys did Jason and Shawn. I didn't expect the job to be done so quickly and professional they where short on staft that day but the two guys worked quickly and no damage was done to my belongings they even wrapped and put blankets on valuables. The pay was very reasonable. I would recommend this guys and use them on my next move bless u guys

Donna Hillstrom 12:44 PM (1 hour ago) to Don-Work Our move on September 28, 2021, was a disaster. JASON and his team were supposed to arrive at 800 a.m. but they did not actually arrive until 11:45 AM. They worked very slowly so I ended up having to help with the moving in order to try to get the job done on September 28. At about 8:00 PM, they told me they would need more money to continue the move, and I paid them an additional $900 cash over and above the $1,875 cash price you had quoted. At 2:00 AM on September 29, they quit and told me they would return on September 30 (they said they could not return later in the day on September 29 as they had another committed job on that day). We had to have all the furniture out of the house on September 29, so I had to hire another moving company to complete the move on September 29! We have filed a claim for the additional costs of the move on September 29 and for the extensive damage resulting from Jason’s team’s negligence and carelessness in moving our items. Rental of a truck for September 29 move - $75 Hire movers for September 29 move - $300 Repair rip in reclining leather chair - $200 Repair scratches on the wood desk - $1500 Repair gouges on dresser and chest - $500 Repaint scratches on our elliptical trainer - $200 Replace torn golf bag - $250 Remove grease stains on slipcover on the sectional couch - $300 Replace broken glass top for wicker table - $150 Repair marble top table - $500 Repair computer desk - $250 Repair damaged dresser - $500 Hire movers to move furniture in the house - $367 Total - $5,342.00 plus as we are still uncovering more damage & getting quotes for repair or replacement of irreparable damages. Breach of contract, false advertising of no claims against them (3 on BBB site), unprofessional, etc. B E W A R E

3 man team was very efficient and present to work with. The team lead was very professional arrived on time and worked fast Would hire them again

The job went really well. The two-man team unloaded my 26-foot truck into a 10x20 storage unit and were very careful with the items. They were very professional. Would definitely hire this company again and these two hard working gentleman in a heart beat. In fact, when I move into my new home early next year, I will be requesting these two gentlemen from the company to perform my move.

The three workers were amazing! They were fast, courteous and efficient-very pleasant to work with! They worked through a very rainy day and didn’t stop moving until the job was done! Aside from a miscommunication between what I conveyed to the office staff and what the office staff conveyed to the workers, the move went well.

I did not realize they were in Daytona Beach, and paid more for travel than the move! The guys that came were more than awesome and i recommend them all day home l long, but if you're scheduling through that app, check where the movers come from.

It was really good. They make sure all of my items were all wrapped up. I don't have to do anything because they did everything.

They were professional. They were suppose to meet us at ten in the morning but they came at one in the afternoon due to a miscommunication in their company. They called me immediately and came it really quick. They do deliveries for a different service which may have something to do with the delay. They had to take a lot of things apart, they delivered, and put things back together, so they were with us for quite a while.

The guys moving me were great. Very polite and moved fast. I would rate them a 10! My only problem was miscommunication with the office. I thought that my move was in the morning and it was in the afternoon. Also, I didn't realize that it was cash only. Not having it on me really upset the gentlemen moving me. Over all it was a smooth move.

They were professional. They had some problems and delay due to traffic. It was a scheduling glitch. But they did call and kept me informed of the progress. They were very good. They few things that didn't go well was partly because I wasn't available. It took longer than expected. Jason and Q did everything I asked.
