He finished a huge majority of the work (tile, floor, light fixture installation, baseboard & trim, bathroom and kitchen sink installation, plus toilet installation) in about 5 days! Truly amazing experience plus I really appreciated him telling us what he was going to accomplish that day and then called us out to show that he kept his promise each time. "Scott did a phenomenal job repairing my pocket door. He had to put on new hardware and remove part of my door frame to re-install it. I had just had the frame painted a week ago, so Scott very carefully removed the frame so as not to damage the wood, put the door back in, and the frame back together. Then. he calked it AND repainted it - you can’t even tell he did the repair! My pocket door works beautifully and my door frame looks perfect! Scott is not only a skilled professional; he’s a polite, respectful, nice guy to boot! I highly recommend him!"

"Top Notch Remodelers installed a beautiful shower stall for me, and it is Top Notch. They did an amazing job - it is absolutely beautiful. It looks like it is real marble. All of the staff are very friendly, in addition to being very knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company! I do not usually write reviews, but this company is exceptional. The shower stall is the perfect addition to my new home renovation. It has all the extra touches - 2 shelves, seat, grab bars, beautiful frame around my window. The colors match my floors perfectly (they were not installed when I ordered the shower.) Everyone who has seen it, loves it. I will post a photo, if the site will let me."

"David Spence did it again!! We had 2 bathrooms that needed to be gutted and one a conversion from tub to shower only. Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work. Both of our bathrooms are totally unrecognizable from where we started. You can’t go wrong hiring DAVID SPENCE INC. for your remodeling needs. We would definitely recommend him and his team."

"The bathroom renovation went Extremely well! The Ateam were a pleasure to work with from choosing materials to demo to completing the job. Javier is very knowledgeable and has great taste. It was a complete remodel -I ordered the bathtub on line but it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to so there was a hold up on my end, however Javier and his team were extremely patient and worked around it until bathtub arrived. They kept the job going and kept the job site tidy and safe. We are thrilled with our new bathroom, it’s an amazing transformation.
