"John told me he would be here on Monday 0/24 at 10:00 AM.  He called at 9:30 to say he was on his way.  On arrival and after assesing what was needed he completed the work I requested.  I then asked him to look at the wiring for anotheroutlet which he did and rewired it correctly.  While he was here UPS delivered a pair of whole house surge protectors which he installed in the panel.
Work was done properly and neatly and all trash was removed.

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
