"The tech Johny was very knowledgeable and very helpful with our walk-in tub. He also gave us some tips on how to care for the tub as well as recommended products to stop a small leak. I would definitely recommend this vendor."

"Hired Cool Pool of Florida through Angi (Ang'is List) to resurface our concrete inground pool and deck. They sent a substitute, a subcontractor called Compound Image LLC. After ironing out some misunderstandings and issues along the way, Greg and his team worked diligently to transform a disgusting pit into a sparkling swimming pool dressed in new tiles, skimmer, deep end steps, and refreshed deck. They also addressed hairline cracks and hollow spots to ensure stability and proper plaster adhesion, guaranteed to provide years of fun and enjoyment for the entire family. They clean up their work site daily and hauled trash away. And as promised, Greg delivered all that just in time for the 4th of July celebration! We love our new pool and appreciate Greg and Gavin for staying committed."

"Dave was here and everything was done that was supposed to be done. it was done quickly and came up perfect. can’t ask for any better"

"I had a consultation appointment a week ago and they were so professional and informative. We are looking forward to our new pool being built!"

"Honest Review ? Disappointed Despite Repairs I?ve hesitated to leave a negative review because the company has addressed every issue we?ve encountered since our pool build started. But after almost a year, the list of problems is long?and unfortunately, the resolution process has been frustrating from start to finish. Most recently, we had to have our cracking waterline glass tile replaced with porcelain. But this is just one of many issues we?ve faced. The biggest frustration has been that every time the company came out to fix something, it required constant follow-up and badgering just to get them to show up. And almost without fail, each visit to fix a problem seemed to create a new one. They?ve acid washed our pool three times now. Initially, it looks great?but the white streaks in our Tahoe Blue finish always return. I?ve maintained proper chemical balance since they completed the pool in November, so I know this isn?t a maintenance issue. I?m really concerned this is a sign"

"They were the best! Quick and efficient. They were able to locate three leaks in the pool and repaired them on the spot. It has been several weeks now and I only have the normal evaporation. Prior to the fix, I was losing about 5 inches in three days. I would recommend them to anyone."

"From start to finish they were incredible! If I could give a "10" they would get it. I was always provided with updates and explanations thru the entire process. Job was even completed before my original expectation and I also had my filter sand changed in addition to a new vinyl liner installed. If I EVER need anything done on my pool, pump, filter I know who to call as well as who to recommend. Thanks so much for a job WELL done!"
