He was very fast and efficient. Took him only a few minutes to install. I then remembered I had an outside electrical outlet that was loose. He said no problem and had it fixed in 5 minutes. It works perfectly and is no longer a shock hazard. I tried to give him some extra money but he refused. He was very polite and said just one service charge. The charge of $ 75.00 was very reasonable. I have been shocked before and let the professionals do the work.

The electrician explained how he was going to do the work and asked what items I wanted him to pick up for me like the type ceiling fan and exhaust fans. He was very polite and explained my options so I understood. AARROW is now my Electric Company. Willis made an appointment to do this work and had me sitting around all day waiting for them. They were scheduled for 9-11am I called and spoke to their receptionist at 5:45 and she said she was surprised the guy didn't show up yet or call. She then told me that she was going to call him to see what was going on and that she would call me back, I never heard a word from them after that. I searched Angie's List and made an appointment with AARROW and they showed up on time and did an excellent job, Willis lost out on $570.00.

There were no troubles with scheduling and there were no additional costs beyond the prepaid rate of the deal. The technician spent about an hour to an hour and a half completing the inspection. He completed everything that I had expected to be inspected. I wouldn’t use this person again only because he is located over thirty-five miles away from me.

They were very responsive and they even came back that same night as I was having trouble getting the system to work fully. The experience was really good. They accommodated my schedule and they had to come out more than once to put in a part that was needed as well.

Since I diconnected the power to the fixture, this job was not an emergency. An appointment was scheduled for a week later. However, the next day I was contacted be the scheduling secretary that an electrician has finished his job early and is in my area; He arrived that day, investigated the problem and made repairs. He found, in my attic, a section of wiring where a rodent had chewed and ate the wirie's insulation whiched caused a short. He removed the bad wiring and spliced a new section of wire, in a junction box, leading to the fixtue. The air in attic was very hot and difficult to work in, He did not complain and maintained his professionalism throughout the job. He reconnected the switch that I disconnected and ensured all was working before he left. He also suggested that I have all the wiring in the attic inspected for rodent damage. I definitely would use Aarrow electrical again.

I had two hours of labor for $129 and I over estimated the amount of work I needed done. The electrician was on time and very courteous. He worked fast and was done with two items in about an hour. I wish I had planned for more electrical work as I had an extra hour at my disposal.

Made an appointment to go over my laundry list of electrical work. John was very, very good at explaining why not or yes that can be done. He told me about all the options available. What would be the best buy for the money. He was so thorough and did not rush me. Due to budget, I choose the two above projects. For installation of dedicated line - the line ran from the back of the property to the front of the house where the electrical box was located. Had to go under a sidewalk and up into the attic with a very low roof from the back of the house to the front. Soil, rocks, bedding and part of a flagstone pathway also had to be removed. All was put back together except for the flagstones at my request. The plants did not even look like someone had been working in their midst. For the kitchen - over and under lighting of the cabinets. The puck lights that were previously installed were a fire hazard plus the wiring used was not up to code. A snakes nest of wiring had to be removed from the top of the cabinets. Also a cabinet had to be removed in order to properly install the lights. These lights are perfect and you can not see them. They are small, hidden and dimmable. John recommended these lights and I was given a choice of warm or very bright LEDs. Everything was put back to order. The electricians who did the work were professional and a pleasure to work with. These jobs took approximately 8 hours to complete. In the future, this company will be called on to complete my laundry list. They were about an hour late and that is why I gave them a B rating on punctuality.

They responded quickly by phone to my order and set up an appointment 2-3 days later with a several hour time frame reserved for arrival. When that time passed, I called and was told one electrician would be there within the hour. When that time and I called again, I was told another electrician would be calling me. He did call and then arrived about an hour after that. Apparently they operate out of a town about 50 miles from my home. Even though we are both within the "greater Orlando" Angie's List area, they could not get here in a reasonable time. I would not call them again, only because they are too far away. But they did do excellent work. However, weeks later when I was cleaning the room, I did find pieces of wiring buried in the carpet. It was a good thing I vacuumed before walking barefoot in there.

permit number and John came out 2 days later and completed the job, followed by an inspection from the county inspector who said they did an awesome job and before I knew it everything was complete. I would refer them to anyone as they were professional, honest and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them for my future projects.

they came to my home to do the work and then left after 10 minutes with no explanation

"Dear Customer, We were out at your residence 2 times. The first time you purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 2 hours of labor for 129.00. Once the electrician arrived the first time he found out that you wanted about 8-10 hours of work done for the 129.00. After you spoke with Angie's List and they explained to you that the Big Deal you purchased was only for 2 hours of electrical service and anything else was above and beyond you asked us for an estimate for the work we could not complete in the initial 2 hour window. Upon returning to your home for the second time we found out that you forgot to get your light fixtures needed to complete the work you requested & after following you for an hour while you tried to decide what work you wanted us to do and what work you didn't want us to do we decided that we should regrettably turn this job down. We are very sorry but unfortunately if you do not know what work you want completed we do not know how to complete it for your. We wish you the best on your project. The problem ended up being fairly simple. The previous owners of the house built structure around the GFI outlet for the circuits that were out, effectively hiding it. The electrician was able to locate it and reset it.
While this was a simple fix, I am very impressed with his professionalism. I purchased a deal for 2 hours of service because this was for my rental property that I do not live near. Despite driving nearly an hour for the provider to get to the property for a 15 minute fix, he still went out of his way to try and find other work he could do to fill what was paid for.
He was very communicative and I would recommend him to anyone.

This company is great!!! I called originally to change light bulbs in recessed lights in a kitchen, in a house that I am renting...Second time to change out old fixtures for much bright LED recessed lighting ...all of which won't need replacement bulbs for many years to come ...let me say that the company returned ALL calls in a timely manner , John was very professional and pleasant to deal with ...knows his business well, I felt the price to be fair ...and will be using them at some point in the future when I relocate and redo both baths and kitchen
