    Beautifully, from start to finish. They referred us to a paver company where we selected Travertine pavers. The owner came before the work to determine the crews needed. Two teams came, one to empty the pool, remove the old coping (edges) and cut and install new ones. The other team removed the cement pavers and replaced them in a "French Country Classic pattern. They also put in a sidewalk to the patio from the street. We were so pleased with their quick, excellent work that we asked them to replace our front walk with some of the leftover Travertine

We were able to go into their beautiful showroom and have them help us hand pick each material. We were assigned a PM who was in great contact with us throughout the whole project. The workers were incredibly clean, fast, and efficient. They know exactly what they are doing, and didn't leave any detail out. We are really happy with how our pool and deck turned out.     Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math).     BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! Roof Smart of SW Florida has unlawfully not payed all the suppliers they purchased all the material for our roof from. This would suggest that they are in some sort of financial distress. It has been 6 months and they still have not finished the job at our home! The crew came as they pleased without any supervision and did as they pleased and the outcome is now evident. The workmanship is faulty and when addressed to Roof Smart the response from the supervisor at Roof Smart was that the only way to fix the problems would be to re roof the brand new roof. We have paid 70% of the total and now will have to find another contractor to redo our roof. We now have a roof that hasn't been finished per contract, without gutters, with the rainy season upon us and the potential for leaks and flooding is a major concern for us.     Pool and Deck Concepts has developed a one stop shop design and construction model that makes a project of this magnitude so smooth and easy to complete. They start by meeting with you and listening to your vision for the project, making recommendations in response to your vision. They work within your budget and make recomendations on where best to spend your budget dollars. Before we signed our contract with them they were very up front about possible delays due to materials shortages and labor issues with the spike in demand for back yard pool and deck rennovations and additions. What more could you ask for? They could have just told us what we wanted to hear to get us to sign a contract and then make excuses later to satiate our complaints. They did not. They risked losing a contract in being so honesta and it played out just as they had described so it was no big deal. So nice, when things happen exactly as described in advance. They are skilled at design, working within your budget and taking you through project completion. A few have commented negatively on the use of subcontracts. I think these remarks are misplaced. When a company has all employee labor they are more likely to defend defective work and shortcomings. Using subcontractors allows the GC to oversee all the work and insist that any mistakes or ommisions are corrected accordingly. It's actually a superior system for the customer. We couldn't be happier with our pool and deck area. The end product well exceeded our expectations and at what we feel was a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Pool and Deck Concepts without reservation
