He arrived as promised and clearly ran through the estimate, permitting process and FPL's involvement. He went on to mention that it would likely be necessary to cutout a portion of the drywall that we would be responsible for replacing. Fortunately, the additional cutout was not required. Over the course of the next several weeks, the scheduling and permitting department kept us informed of the estimated installation date. Once confirmed, Roman, the electrician, arrived as scheduled, performed the installation flawlessly and left our home in perfect condition with a brand new electrical panel. Would definitely hire again and recommend to our friends and relatives."

The whole job took 2 days and I get the price was fair. I was working with Mr. Electric prior to hiring these guys and they spent a day trying to access the situation, cut a hole in my ceiling and said they would come back when I was ready to install my lighting and finish is. They then cancelled 3 appointments the day of each appointment, wasting an excessive amount of my time. And they were paid close to $400 to do no actual work. I m relieved Bernard handled it.
