From the moment he arrived early (a rare and refreshing surprise!), I knew we were in great hands. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine kindness instantly set the tone. Not only was he incredibly courteous—a true gentleman—but also deeply knowledgeable.
He took the time to explain everything clearly, pointing out exactly what needed to be fixed and, just as importantly, what didn’t—no upselling, no fluff, just honest, expert advice.
What really blew me away? He came overly prepared—every possible part, extra power chargers, air filters, hoses… you name it, he had it. It was like watching a well-equipped superhero in action.
On top of being top-notch at his job, the conversation was actually enjoyable. Insightful, easy, and refreshingly real.
Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had—thorough, thoughtful, and above all, trustworthy. Can’t recommend him enough.

Called Brian, my Coleman generator was not working. He was able to come out within an hour. His price was very reasonable. They had it running in less than an hour. Spent time explaining do’s and dont’s of running and storing my generator. I would highly recommend.

Portable Generator Repair
I hired him to diagnose and repair my generator. He showed up and did diagnosis, told me what was wrong a du asked him for a quote to repair it. He said he would quote it that night and after almost a week of checking with him, he finally told me he did t want to do it. After I told. him I was you got write a review about him, he threatened to use their network to try to keep me from getting it repaired elsewhere. This guys should be avoided!

Brian is an honest person who impressed me with his knowledge of generators. I asked Brian to convert my Generac to propane. Brian worked for hours in the blistering heat. The finished product was perfect. He took his time and explained how to safely use it. Brian charged me exactly to what we agreed prior. Bottom line, he's a really good, hardworking guy that you can trust.

Brian was absolutely fantastic. It wasnâ t 20 seconds after I asked for a quote that I received a phone call asking for the business. He explained all the options and allowed me to make the choice suitable for my situation. He arrived when he said he would, took care of the repair quickly and efficiently, and went well above and beyond in services provided. Customer service in todayâ s world is lacking at best. Brian was stellar and if I could give him 10 stars out of five I would.

Brian fixed a portable generator, we paid him, he left and the next day when we tried to start the generator it did not work anymore. We have been trying to get a hold of him all day and all week. He makes appointments and then leaves us hanging.

"Honestly, this is funny. I mean, I should have known when the first night he messaged me and wanted me to fix his generator. I told him that I might be able to stop over tonight. But I needed to finish the jobs I had. He literally called me 20 times. I should have known then that this was not your typical nice patient understanding customer. This was a customer who had I am the most important person in the world. I told him that it wouldn not be until late that night. I specifically said if I do not call by 11. We will have to set up another time. Well, 9 pm hits. And I see 10 missed calls? They were well aware my thumb was broken. I had been helping the hurricane victims in Cape Coral. Bill thinks he is the most important person in the world. He is not. I tried to fit him into my schedule without booking an appointment and he gets upset when he calls and I do not answer.... He calls 30 times in one day.... Give me a break, please... I have never, in my whole career, had a disgruntled customer like Mr. Perogi. He would not give me a second to break, and would call me 20 times back to back. I am not even exaggerating "

Brian was very pleasant, courteous and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave my husband tips for maintaining the portable generator. He tuned up the generator, changed the oil, air filter and spark plug. He also changed the dry-rotted wheels(for an extra charge, fueled it, then started it up and made sure it was working properly. Then he emptied the fuel and ran it dry. He instructed my husband how to start it up when we needed to use it. We like that he came to our house to do the maintenance/repairs. We would certainly hire him again.
