I wanted my central air serviced as I had recently moved into my home. I called Air Quality at the recommendation of a friend. The phone was answered by a real person, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. When Hector arrived, he went right to work. He found an issue, explained it to me, and made the repair. When he was finished, he explained the service contract in detail, the value I would be receiving, and the cost in comparison to what it was going to cost me for the current service appointment. Hector offers top-notch customer service, is very personable, and doesn't try to rip you off. My friend was absolutely right when he said Hector is great.

Hector & his team are great. They were out to my house within a couple of hours to check on my system. They ordered the part & were back in a few days to fix it. He was very nice & the price seemed reasonable. I will call him for all of my A/C needs in the future!
