"This is the second time I have used Angelo at Broward Property Maintenance, and the work is always above and beyond. You won't find a more honest and knowledgeable person to help you with making repairs to your home. On the first occurrence, Angelo helped repair drywall from a re-piping. There was cuts made to the ceiling & walls, and Angelo even did a fantastic job matching popcorn on the ceiling. On the second occurrence, it was a roof leak that ran all the way down a concrete wall on the foyer and we had him demo the drywall, remove the insulation, and make the repairs. Also, he alone painted the whole interior of the house except for the bathrooms and the ceiling. Did a very good job overall. and the services were very affordable. However, had to deduct a star because did not follow instructions by taking a tv mount down from a cinder block wall which will cost me money and grief to put back on. I still recommend this company."
