I cannot express how wonderful this turned out. My shower is beautiful and the work is amazing. The installers were so professional and patient. I had many questions and they were so helpful. The job did take two days due to unforeseen plumbing issues- but they were able to correct the problem and continue with installation. The workman whom Steve brought to our home was polite and punctual and very competent. Steve's supervision was reassuring. The workplace was left tidy after every phase Steve was very outgoing and solicitous from the start. He responds to phone messages so you know he cares about your concerns. He is a genuine person who inspires confidence and gives options for how to approach a project so you feel you have control of costs.
