Great experience.

Robert and his team did a fantastic job. They pulled out old flooring and installed new vinyl plank flooring, baseboards and painted the interior including doors and ceilings. They completed the project in less than 5 days at a very reasonable price. It looks great! Robert's my guy now for upcoming projects.

Robert is a great salesman but not as good with floor installation. While shopping around for floor replacement, Robert had one of the most competitive prices, to go along with his telling me there is a 1-year warranty on the floor itself and a lifetime warranty on the work. I have been reaching out to him for the past 7-8 months because I have some floor panels that are sinking, and he reads the messages but fails to respond. It is unacceptable for a company to lie about their workmanship warranty and not respond to customer inquiries for such a long period of time. Furthermore, the lack of response from the company for 7 months is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. It shows a lack of concern for customer satisfaction and a disregard for their reputation. Lastly, I found out that Robert sent a quote to my mother, who was looking for some floor work, and I reached out to let him know I would not be recommending him to my mom or anyone else for that matter. And guess what? He finally replied to me. He proceeded to tell me no company would ever offer those things, as he did to me during his sales pitch. It is okay. Even if he did not remember telling me that or if it was an honest mistake, he could have still responded. I will get someone else to fix his mess. Stay AWAY from this company shady business practices.

Robert & Robert flooring were excellent. I hired them to do my entire home. They did new kitchen, two bathrooms full remodel plus new flooring and painting. They are very efficient in terms of timing and cost. The entire project was completed in 4 weeks. They always accommodated our needs with no questions asked. They understood our needs. I would use them again and highly recommend them. The crew they have is just brilliant, the painter the electrician and the plumber were highly skilled. It is true that they worked as if it was their home. I highly rate them and would give them more than 5 stars definitely.

Fantastic job installing vinyl planks in our guest bathroom they removed and re-installed the toilett bowl and installed new baseboards. It looks beautiful. They came back the next day to finish some final touch-up. 10 ⭐
