"During the initial consult, Geoff recommended putting a doorway from the kitchen to the laundry room to allow access from inside the house. This was a great idea since previously I had to go to the carport and enter the laundry from the outside. We also realized it would make sense to replace the sliding glass doors with french doors to the back porch. So both of these were added to the project making it a 3-room renovation. I was very impressed with the project management provided by Matt and all the subcontractors were professional and skilled. The entire process went very smoothly and when we had unexpected decisions to make they were communicated quickly to me. I also appreciated that the team always worked to meet my expectations. They were always courteous and friendly - something that is very important during the stress of living in a remodel project! In hindsight the only thing that they could have done better is to be sure to include everything in the quote or add a contingency fund to help offset cost creep. For example, knowing that the kitchen was so old, anticipating upgraded plumbing would have been helpful. We definitely went over budget and once you're in the middle of the project, that's hard to adjust for. The end result is my kitchen/ laundry/ master closet are stunning and I enjoyed working with Premier."

"Painter discovered substantial rot on clapboards and underlying plywood in corner of house.  Called in his friend the carpenter who was able to repair the substantial damage to the house frame, basement sill, and support beams.  Meanwhile, painter did all the contracted wood repair/ replacement.  Then caulked, primed and painted the entire exterior of the house."
