"I hired John to clean or replace a severely clogged drain. Another vendor told me to replace the pipe and quoted me $3000. John listened and consulted with my representative and advised me to just Jet the pipe (deep clean) and not replace it (at least as the first step). He even referred a Jetting company who did the job in $650. It seems to have fixed the issue, as a buch of solid grease was removed. Rarely you can find a contractor who is willing to do the right thing, even if it means making no money himself to serve the customer. That is the kind of person John is!
