"We needed to remove our pool and re-build a paver patio in the backyard. Jeff showed up to discuss the estimate and we explained we wanted everything taken care of from A-Z meaning they'd be responsible for getting the permit, removing the fence, removing the pool, working with the City on the requirements for a pool demo, and then rebuilding the paver patio, replacing a bunch of sod and irrigation and then rebuilding the fence, plus hauling away all the leftover stuff. They took care of everything and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again. Very nice, professional, and we could tell they knew what they were doing."

I had to replace a tub/shower combination due to cracks on the flooring and leaking water and I chose to replace it with a walk in shower. It is really nice and I love it."

"Backsplash, tile floors and most of the cabinets picked look wonderful. There is a blind corner upper cabinet that is almost inaccessible. Cabinets should have been picked that fit what was there previously. Cabinet above stove had damage. I asked for door replacement, the contractor cut the corner off. Texturing on corner of kitchen and light switch does not match and is unsanded(walls are textured). No caulking used to seal gap at back of cabinets where they meet the wall. Ceiling only got painted as stated in contract after I inquired a second time. Around return vent is barely painted. The contractor was very slow at getting work completed, rescheduled multiple times, no call/no shows, communication could be better. When I asked to nullify the contract for the rest of the floors he never showed up and didn't respond for a month to refund money. Also state of Florida website shows he is unlicensed and has complaints against him. Angie's list needs to do better."

"The tub is wonderful! Installation of the tub was ok except for the widening of the bathroom door. The door trim was wrong and the door itself was not straight. The threshold was not installed at all. Paid an additional $700 to get the door rehung."

"I was looking to replace the entire flooring in my home. But, unfortunately, when the flooring surface was removed, I learned that the subfloors desperately needed replacement. The ‘Big Box’ store I originally contracted with flatly refused to attempt the job. In my desperation, I was forced to search for another contractor. "During the initial consult, Geoff recommended putting a doorway from the kitchen to the laundry room to allow access from inside the house. This was a great idea since previously I had to go to the carport and enter the laundry from the outside. We also realized it would make sense to replace the sliding glass doors with french doors to the back porch. So both of these were added to the project making it a 3-room renovation. I was very impressed with the project management provided by Matt and all the subcontractors were professional and skilled. The entire process went very smoothly and when we had unexpected decisions to make they were communicated quickly to me. I also appreciated that the team always worked to meet my expectations. They were always courteous and friendly - something that is very important during the stress of living in a remodel project! In hindsight the only thing that they could have done better is to be sure to include everything in the quote or add a contingency fund to help offset cost creep. For example, knowing that the kitchen was so old, anticipating upgraded plumbing would have been helpful. We definitely went over budget and once you're in the middle of the project, that's hard to adjust for. The end result is my kitchen/ laundry/ master closet are stunning and I enjoyed working with Premier."
