I called Melina to schedule an appointment (she was a joy to talk to). The owner came out to my home to give me an estimate. He was kind and understood just what I wanted, the price was reasonable so I hired JCA Electrical Service. They contractors were on time, experienced, efficient, quick; and cleaned up after themselves. I will hire JCA for my next electrical project.

Off to a little bit of a slow start going back and forth with quotes, however once everything was settled everything went very smoothly. Good communication, prompt and courteous. Pricing was very competitive. Overall very happy with the completed job!

Punctual, friendly and expert work. Gave good advice on buying smoke detector replacement. I would have wasted money.

Took a long time. People did not know how to perform task. Spent a long time reading and discussing the literature.

The electrician was knowledgeable and professional, although since he was Hispanic there was a language barrier. He knew exactly what to do in the most efficient way. He and his helper were clean, well dressed, and had a nice new professional looking vehicle. I had a question about another electric job that I need finished for code enforcement. He knew exactly what to do to bring it up to code, where the electric company that I used previously, that code enforcement failed (In-Phaze Electric), didn't have a clue what to do, so I may have JCA come back and finish the other companies work. The helper did go into a panic when I had them install an outdoor spot light socket and it was getting ready to rain, and he wanted to leave one screw out so they could leave (??). I told him "no", to put it in and he did. He also had a hot date with a girl to get to I think.

It went very well. They got the work done in one day with the upgrade. I had some issues with a bad circuit and a missing one as well. At the timewe did not know because the power of course was shut off. When I discovered I had a problem, I called and they came back immediately and fixed the problem. They were very responsive. I had a bad circuit in my laundry room that I needed fixed that went bad. Interesting my dryer was on a different circuit and the motor would work but no heat. I thought the heating sensor was bad but after the upgrade, and getting the wire replaced, my dryer actually works again. That saved me some green. I am very satisfied and will use them again if I need an electician.

Poor communication. Angie's list intervened but also couldn't get much response and finally gave me a refund

Eduardo was on time; professional, honest, and mostly knowledgeable. I am in Orlando at my sisters house couple days a week. My usual home is Washington DC . Where after running CIA covert biological 27 years and now senior advisor, I am usually Very critical. I can, without any reservations recommend JCA and Eduardo. In fact; his knowledge and personality was so refreshing my only sadness is he isn’t in Washington to fix my problems. I want to add that the woman I spoke to initially was so nice and helpful. Use them for your electric problems.

Work became rewiring job that was rather difficult. JCA made allowance in charging for unforeseen issues and adjusted price. Work was satisfactory.

Perfect, from the initial phone call on. The company was able to install the fan the day after I called, the 2-person crew arrived well within the 2-hour window as promised, and they completed the work within an hour, and were very professional. I was 100% satisfied with JCA and their office and on-site personnel.
