They responded very quickly to any questions we had and were very courteous and professional even though we only had a relatively little job. They showed up right on time on day of the pickup and wrapped the piano up very well. The movers were professional and friendly and competent. The handoff process to whomever did the transport across the country was transparent to us, but from the time they loaded the piano in FL until day of delivery was just 2 weeks. We were surprised by that short time frame given that our move was so limited in size. The recipient of the piano in Utah said that the delivering mover was competent and had no problems getting the piano down a narrow staircase. So it seems Baltic Movers vets their moving partners well. The piano seemed unscathed by the long move. So it's been a excellent experience working with Baltic in every regard. My mother died in June and in closing up the house, I knew I would be needing a mover to take some of the pieces of furniture, including an old player piano and huge globe to our home in SC.
