Great communication to get our hot tubs moved

I have hired Baltic Movers twice - the second time because I remembered what a wonderful job they did the first time. They are professional, friendly, efficient, reasonable, and careful of belongings. And, they are honest. Both times items were found that could have been taken without our knowledge but were returned - during the second move they found envelopes containing a very large amount of cash that we had been unable to find - they returned all of it to us! They are wonderful to work with!

They had to make two stops to pick up my belongings. One in the Orlando area, the other in the Gainesville area, then to Jacksonville where I moved. They were very professional, up beat, accommodating. The price was very reasonable. They were very careful with my belongings. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Sergey and Elijah came to move three appliances from upstairs to downstairs. They did not bring any equipment. We wouldn't let them try to take the full-size refrigerator down without a dolly, since we feared an accident. They got the range and dishwasher down all right and came back the next day with a dolly. In the meantime, with the help of our handyman, we removed the entire wrought iron stair rail to facilitate moving the refrigerator. This two-day effort cost us a good bit more than we initially expected. Once it was understood what was needed, the job was completed to our satisfaction. Sergey, Elijah, and our phone contact Sandis remained calm in spite of the problem mentioned.
