Do not, Do not use this moving company. They gave us price for pick up and delivery but when the furniture was delivered the price was DOUBLE.

Marin worked with me when I needed to move dates several times. He was always responsive to my emails. The movers, Benjamin and JT were efficient however they did not follow some of the instructions in my boxes (do not stack or place on top only). Both movers assembled furniture accurately but slowly, however Marin is the expert in assembly. When he arrived to help the other 2, my items were completed much quicker. My bedroom chest was damaged during the move and Marin gave me a discount and said he’d return to make the repairs the next day. He did not arrive however he responded that he was waiting on the paint and would come the following day. They arrived on-time and overall it was a good experience. I would recommend them and use them again.

Hired for my office move (scheduled for several weekends). After the 1st move, they were supposed to move an additional item, it didn?t happen. I followed up with them, they asked me for pictures of the item, I sent them as requested, however I never received a phone call or text back. I followed again by text, they never answered. I called the office, a lady answered, I explained the situation, she said that she?ll call me back in about an hour ?.. it didn?t happen. For my following office moves, I decided to hire a different moving company so I get into Angi?s list and request quotes, it looks like one of the companies in the list was this NK moving, the one that performed my 1st day of moving and have been ignoring messages, texts and phone calls. Once they received the ?new? request from a new moving, they called me back quickly to give me a quote and offer their services for the 2nd day of moving ?.. when they called me to give me a quote, they recognize my name and number, he apologize, he said that he?ll fix it and will get the job done, I mean, to move the one item that was pending and never moved on the first day ?. I of course offered to pay for it since it would be in another day. He said that he?ll send someone on Friday to take a look and to make sure to bring the right tools. He never showed up :/. What unprofessional people. They simply could say that they won?t be able to complete the move instead of making commitments that they don?t follow up. I ended up hiring another company for my 2nd move: ?Making Happen Movers?, they indeed relocated the item left behind by NK movers, they just had to bring a treadmill from the garage to the 2nd floor, ?Making Happen movers? were able to complete the job after the office move. It was the same thing than NK movers were supposed to do on the 1st day of moving. I was very happy with the 2nd company, we hired them also for the 3rd move and will be hired for the 4th one as well. NK movers did a decent job the 1st day, but they don?t follow up and they didn?t accomplish the final task, even when I offered extra money for it. They showed not reliability in every level :/
