"I hired Dray to change out a very large water heater on my property. He requested a 10K deposit because it was a large unit. After providing the deposit, he spent the next several weeks giving us excuses why he couldn't start the job. Finally after waiting several weeks, we asked him for a receipt that he had purchased the. unit. He told us he "didn't feel comfortable sharing his prices with a customer." When we followed up the next week, he said his daughter was in the hospital so he couldn't install it. The week after that he stated his pregnant wife was in the hospital. When we asked if he could give us a time frame he stated "I am not leaving my pregnant wife in the hospital alone." At that point, I hired a Private Investigator to do some research and found out he had been vacationing in Orland and doing stand up comedy up and down the coast of Florida. I am now in the process of taking him to small claims court. DO NOT HIRE DRAY OR ATLANTIC GAS!!!!!"

"I was at work so my daughter met him there at my home. She told me he was there a total of 15 minutes from show up to gone. He replaced 1 switch that he left the new wires exposed. Charged $120 in which my daughter wrote him a check. When I got home I ran a load of clothes, washing machine did go into rinse cycle but still didn't go into spin cycle after that. Called him back the next day and he said he would try and come by next time he was in the area. 2 weeks and 3 phone calls later he got mad at me for wanting him to come back and fix the washing machine, U explained he already received $120 for 15 minutes of work that wasn't completed. He hung up on me. This guy is a piece of crap. 100% unprofessional lazy jerk. Read other reviews and make a wise decision not to use this company."
