Technician was extremely professional and friendly. Took apart the entire dryer to to investigate the banging noise. Could not find any reason for the sound, requested we have our dryer vent cleaned and see if it still happens. We did have that done and they were filthy. Dryer Vent company found that when they put the 'new' roof on, the roofers never removed the filter in the vent on the roof!

The lines were crossed on the hot and cold so he put them on the right way. He was very pleasant and informative and gave us some helpful hints about how much detergent should be used otherwise you are harming your machine, your clothes, and wasting detergent. We will definitely call him again if anything were to arise in the future.

Can't say enough about the quality of this service. Having spoken with my wife on the phone about the symptoms we were having with a fifteen year old and ailing refrigerator, David came to our home already prepared with the parts and tools necessary for the required repairs. After confirming that his diagnosis was correct he clearly explained and showed me the problem and the repair necessary. He had the refrigerator working like new in under an hour, checked that everything else was in working order, thoroughly cleaned up the refrigerator and working areas, and gave us some very useful tips about the care and use of the appliance. He clearly is one of the most knowledgeable and technically proficient appliance repair technicians I've had the pleasure of dealing with, was extremely pleasant, and charged a very fair price. You won't find better service.

Excellent service, reasonable price and had part on truck ready to go. Have a lot of confidence in David's abilities, work ethic, and honesty. I called the office and got an immediate response. A appointment time was set up immediately for a technician to determine the problem. David showed up on time and at the very beginning of the time slot, which was very much appreciated. He investigated and evaluated the problem as a malfunctioning water valve very quickly. The required part was ordered and a time was set up for the installation of the new valve. David replaced the water valve during a follow up visit. What I was pleasantly surprised with was the extra effort David did to check all functions of the refrigerator, replace a water deflector that had fallen off, and general guidance regarding cleanliness requirements of the condenser coil. I might add that he has an extensive background in electronics which would be essential when trouble shooting and repairing modern day appliances. Seems like all the appliances require and operate using complex electronics, e.g. "mother boards", etc. We were very pleased with the price, response time, David's expertise, and short down time. He is very pleasant and has a pleasing personality. You will like him.

It went very well . Dave went through the machine and told us what he checking and what he found wrong . He was very informative and helpful . We thought it was this part as well but he had all the testers etc. to make sure . He also could get the part very quickly . We couldn't . We felt confident that this was the solution so we went ahead and ordered the part and he scheduled to come back to install the part He kept us informed of the timeline and when he would be there . Very professional and considerate . Will definitely recommend and use this company again if the need arises .

I contacted Home Appliance Service via email and received a call back the same day. I wasn't available to have the work done that day so we set an appointment for Wednesday the following week. Making the appointment was flawless. On Wednesday Dave the technician arrived right on time. He was professional and unbelievably nice. He also knew what he was doing from the start. He found the problem immediately. He replaced the problem parts and mentioned a few other parts that I should think about replacing. He wasn't pushy at all. I took his advise and replaced the belt. It was a minimal cost. He used all OEM parts. The dryer works like brand new. The cost was more than reasonable. I will only use this company in the future and request Dave as my technician if he's available! Great company!!!
