Called GANZ about a 2 inch PVC pipe (for sink venting) between the 1st and 2nd floor dripping water when raining. * Tech came and examined all other possibilities such as toilets and roofs. Then cut drywall to examine further. * Charged $98 total for dispatch plus half-hour diagnosis, but NO repair done as he explained to me that the leak could only be fixed when it is actually leaking/dripping water so that the fix could be tested. * Tech was punctual, polite, and clean.

Ganz was easy to work with, professional and did a great job quoting what we needed and installing the water heater. A week in and everything works great. I will use them again if I need any plumbing work done and recommend them highly.

Cory was wonderful. Ganz never fails to be wonderful. I now say, "Ganz is my Plumber". They never disappoint. I have had them out more than once.

Kevin from Ganz Plumbing was awesome! He got the job done in 30 minutes so we didn't have to pay for any extra time and he had all the parts necessary. I would absolutely hire Ganz again!

The faucet had such a bad drip that it was no longer dripping but running constantly at a low level. Due to health emergencies it was an issue we ignored too long. Kevin came and was able to change all the washers in a short amount of time. We were very grateful.

Kevin was able to locate a leak in the pipes behind the closet wall which a previously called plumber was not able to find. He advised me to contact my insurance company. He was able to pinpoint where the leak was coming from quickly. He was very professional and thorough.

Each time, the plumber came out---(first time, Allan, second time was Juan)---both on time and both very friendly and professional. They located the issues quickly, explained to me what needed to be done and then, they proceeded to do them, efficiently and knowledgeably. In Juan's case, he had to cut away the back of my cabinets underneath my kitchen sink in order to locate where the water was coming from. He cut away the cracked copper pipe and replaced it. The whole thing took less time than I had figured on, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, while he was here, I mentioned to Juan that my bathroom sink wasn't draining properly. He looked at it, fiddled with something underneath the sink, popped the drain out and then back in and it's been draining perfectly ever since. It took him less than two minutes to do that. The price was very reasonable, too, much less than I had anticipated. They are honest and fair. I can understand why they've been in business in South Florida for so long. I have told family and friends about them, as well. Sooner or later, everyone will need an excellent plumber. I've found mine. (The price I'm quoting is from the second job, since it was more involved.)

The service was excellent! The service repair man (Kevin) was on time and explained everything he did along the way. The previous flange was cracked and caused major water damage. Kevin replaced the flange with a new one, made sure the toilet was set level, replaced the caulk neatly, and cleaned everything up after he was done. While waiting for the toilet to set he installed the new faucet which looks great. He double checked for leaks in both the bathroom and kitchen to make sure everything was ok. all work was very neat and clean. Work was completed in about 2 hours. Extremely happy. Will probably consider using them again when I remodel.
