Edwin came out today to treat and inspect suspected areas of dry wood termite activity. He was on time, had booties over his shoes and promptly introduced himself. He listened to me. He wasn't rushed. He was patient and did a thorough job of inspecting the targeted areas and treating when activity was found. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing all along the way. He's pleasant, courteous and professional. He's a great tech.
