"I searched online for a company to service my gas fireplace and came across top chimney. They responded promptly, did an excellent job fixing my gas fireplace, offered a fair price for the repair, and even provided me with a new remote. Now, I can conveniently control my fireplace from my smartphone, adding to my comfort. They were highly professional, explaining every step of the job. I highly recommend top chimney and will definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you!"

"They were very prompt and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Work was done and they were gone. I would definitely hire again and have already referred them to neighbors."

"Great service. They kept at it until they found our leak. Will use them again in the future."

"I had this company re-pipe my manufactured home in Palmetto. I had the original pipe removed and replaced totally. The technicians Mike and Jeff were quiet, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all questions and explained thoroughly the plan and at the end of the first day cleaned up their job site. The second day they explained everything again and their plan for that day. It took 2 days to complete, very unobtrusive and professional. High quality workmanship and I am so happy I chose this company. One little hiccup was I needed my laundry tub faucets replaced, a total of $39 on top of original quote. Definitely would have no hesitation in recommending Richards Plumbing and Electric. Thanks for a great job."

"I had a clogged drain that was causing a lot of frustration, and they handled it quickly and professionally. The plumber arrived on time, was friendly and respectful, He got the job done quick. The drain is now completely clear and everything’s working perfectly. Highly recommend them."
