I recommended them to my mom to take care of some ants around the perimeter of the house and some occasional roaches in the house. Unfortunately their communication was terrible and even after I complained the first time and asked to be called, they neglected to follow up with me twice. I had to chase them and ask for an additional service. However no proof was left that they actually provided a second treatment and now they claim that the pest issue at my mother’s home is “insurmountable”. Why was this not explained at first? They don’t return my calls and I’m not even sure they provided a 2nd treatment like they said they would, and I’m supposed to believe the “issue” is so big but they never informed me about it after their first visit? I don’t know if they have new management but I Indefinitely don’t trust them now. Paul Mejia"

He told me that I would be on monthly billing so just to wait for a bill. The bill never came but he continued to do the job. Plus, he trimmed trees and hauled a full trailer off the property. Finally, 4 months later, I reached him. His 5 year old has Covid-19 so his life got very complex. But after a week in isolation he still came out and worked on the property. He got his first paycheck today. What a remarkable soul."
