We were introduced to the Brandon Dryer Vent Squad through Angie’s List. After filling out the request online for dryer vent cleaning specialist we were contacted within minutes by Greg. He described the work that would be done including cleaning the interior of the dryer, the vent connection, and complete cleaning of the vent which exited through the roof. He was very professional, courteous and friendly throughout the entire process. We agreed on a date and time to come out. He was able to arrive about an hour earlier than arranged having called first to make sure it would be convenient. Upon arrival he told us again what work he would be doing and approximately how long it would take. When the work was done the area around the dryer was spotless. After doing all the work inside the laundry area he went outside and up on the roof to clear any lint that had accumulated and might block the vent. The last thing he did was show us video of the interior of the vent before the cleaning and what the vent looked like afterwards. The vent was clean down to the bare metal all the way to the roof. We would not hesitate to recommend the Brandon Dryer Vent Squad and Greg to clean your dryer and lint vent.
